I love regular coffee and the staff are so friendly ?
Good place for drinks, even other than coffee. My biggest complaint is the cost. For me, too high priced for a regular visit.

Great vanilla iced latte as usual. My favorite go to drink. The pink drink gad plenty of strawberries. Long drive thru line but went pretty fast. Convenient and located near my hotel.
Unfortunately we didn’t catch her name, but the barista that served us tonight was so nice and friendly! A great change from the automatons or downright rude people we are used to at drive theirs in Florida!
Service has went down within the last few months. Ordered a Carmel ribbon crunch twice this week and noticed my cup was filled half way with whip cream and then of course they put more at the top so didn’t leave much room for the coffee. This is horrible for the price we pay for the coffee. Next time I will definitely be telling them no whip cream so I get my full cup of coffee instead of an $8 cup of whip cream.

So two weeks in a row, and this Starbucks has whiffed it twice. The customer service at this location has definitely gone down. We reside close to this location, but time to look for another. In the pic, this is a “grande” hot chocolate, barely half a cup. Ridiculous.
So I’ve never been to Albuquerque before and I needed a coffee all the employees were so nice to me and they even created a drink for me because I was traveling all day. This is the best Starbucks I’ve ever been too the city I live in cannot compete with you guys, the general manager was incredible and so we’re all of his employees the store was EXTREMELY clean and so was the merch. I’ll give you a 5 out of 5 everyday of the week if I could. My next visit will be with you guys
Drive thru wasn't moving. Decided to go inside and was slowed by drive thru orders. Employees were doing restocking and prep after morning rush. Quality of my beverage was same standard as usual, yet disappointed by the wait. Late morning was not customer focused.
