Wow horrible experience the guy that is working there right now on 6/30/22 at 6:28 pm was very rude I came all the way to this location to get a item that said they have in stock on there web set and all he was saying he don't have it and he was being very rude this is not how your supposed to treat Starbucks customers if u don't like your job quite don't take it out on Starbucks customers!!! I will not come back here agin I hope someone deals with this in the proper manner very rude employees at this location on Jefferson & Ozuna Albuquerque nm

Waited 30 minutes inside for 2 drink orders. Employees were too busy making “online” orders to care about their in house customer. Chose to go inside because the drive thu line was massive. Big mistake! All of the cars, and then others, all received their orders. Eventually got a refund.
This is my go-to Starbucks location. I am there most mornings, and have never had a wrong order, or any issues with my coffee. The staff is so warm and friendly! Rebecca makes great flat white's, and lattes, and even greets me by my name.
Sometimes I like to go in here and stand in front of the counter, doing absolutely nothing. Best place the be left alone when you need some peace and quiet
Out of a couple things but quick and friendly. We didn't go in but the drive through was a great choice for a quick coffee stop
