I want to thank the staff from the location on 98th and Central Ave. I called before I actually went over there, because I had gone to the one on Coor's and Las Estancias and they didn't have the item I was ordering, and in turn they had it at the 98th and Central Ave one, I even gave them a tip, and from now on I will go to this one instead, thank you for having that certain item in stock, keep up the great work!!!
I am leaving them two starts because every time I come through they ask to take my order and then they are not ready to record my order and I end up repeating it sometimes three times and all I get is a tea. It’s really frustrating to have to repeat yourself over and over. If they are not ready to record the order they should not ask for it. Nobody wants to have to repeat themselves and it happens consistently.
This place is a joke their Wi-Fi is down so its cash only and they don't have change, So they're turning people away. Instead of just giving it to me Because I'm here every day 5 days a week spending over $20 A-day ill let you calculate how much money you just lost yearly from me and my family. We will be going to mean bean on sage and unser from here on out thanks for nothing Starbucks
I prefer to give my business to local businesses. Buying local is the best way to doing your pay as a citizen of your city and state. Although when not being able to go local, we go to Starbucks. The lines are long for a reason. They do an exceptional job and provide superb quality items.
Coffee was absolutely perfect. Got a vanilla sweet cream cold brew not to bitter or to sweet! Baristas that helped me were great!!
Tried a seasonal peppermint latte, and it was pretty good. Not too Pepperminty, yet very good. Luckily it wasn't rush hour, so it was a quick visit in and out. I'll be honest, I kinda miss when Starbucks was my office space as well and I spent a little more time there.
Went in to have a cup of dark coffee, it was denied as they stop serving dark coffee at 11AM. No pour over suggested or offered. I am a dark coffee drinker and I go to a coffee house and told “No!!” Forget customer Service here it doesn’t exist..you get what we want you to have and that is that. You got three stats because it’s not the chains fault. You should have gotten zero stars.

Absolutely worst customer service, and our order is not even right. Of course I don't know this until I get back home. Ordered a mocha frappe and it's mint not mocha and my iced caramel macchiato is horrible. Taste like old coffee. The worker at the window did not have good customer service. We won't be back. And I love Starbucks, but that ruined it for me.
