The staff is extremely friendly. Other than that, there is something left to be desired. The food is mediocre and the environment feels like a dressed up cafeteria.

Freshy/spring rolls and pho are my absolute favorite, could eat them every day food, and they've nailed both! Their egg rolls and sauces are also excellent as well. I also love that this is by a McDonald's so my husband will grab this for me when I call it in, sometimes ?I would love curbside pick up & online ordering, make sure it has double veggies and separate broth options
My mother and I visited this tasty little shop this afternoon. Since we had never been there before, we needed a little help. Ezekiel was great! He was super patient, very well informed and helpful with suggestions that assured we got a taste of pretty much everything. The next time we visit, we'll be ready to explore some different flavor combinations thanks to his guidance. The place seems set up for mostly take away service, but the tables that are inside and outside are available if you want to stick around and enjoy your creation right away. Everything was nice and fresh and the combinations are as abundant as your imagination! This eaterie plays off of the "Build Your Own" concept, but with standard recipes at the ready if you're just looking for a crispy fresh spring roll or other classic Vietnamese dish. The advertised "1 min phó" is customizable as well!!

The food is good but the staff is young and needs training and help. When you ask to pick up a call in order they become defensive because it has not been prepared and are some what argumentative claiming that they had more time to prepare. If call in orders are to much then maybe they shouldn’t offer that option or have more than 2 people working at peak hours. I was not in a hurry and said I would wait but the employees were not happy. Waited 50 minutes never got the food. Unfortunate, the food is typically good.

We’ve eaten here fairly regular since they opened. The Pho is amazing however their spring rolls are another story. They’re loosely wrapped causing them to fall apart after the first bite and the ingredients are mediocre at best.
