Special Touch catered our daughter's wedding this spring at a local Episcopal cathedral for 115 people. Since I was the wedding planner by default, I was a bit nervous about the reception. SPT was able to obtain all of the linen and table rentals necessary to present a beautiful dinner for the reception. Tamera and I had phone calls and an in-person meeting to make sure all the details were covered. The pre-dinner celebration featured delicious appetizers and a festive non-alcoholic punch, infused water and lemonade and they brought a bartender to handle beer and wine service. The food was delicious and attractively presented. Special Touch left the commercial kitchen better than they found it, ready for the next event.
