Soo Bak is such a delightful, out of the ordinary place to dine! Tucked away in its own magical little spot in Nob Hill, the food here is just AMAZEBALLS. I haven't had anything on the menu yet that I dislike and I've been eating at Soo Bak since it was just a food truck. Ten out of ten I highly recommend this fun Korean, New Mexican fusion spot as it will not disappoint any craving and is a great place to take friends and family for an awesome social experience. The food will leave you satisfied without leaving you overwhelmed, and the owner and staff are always so happy and helpful.

Wanted to try something non-New Mexican food and my boyfriend and I tried this place for dinner last night. Food - great portion sizes, tasty and overall good quality food. I got the chicken staff pick box and my boyfriend ordered the soo bak bowl. Vibe - chill, Asian and modern. I would recommend this place for an Asian fusion meal.

Awesome Korean NM Fusion place! (At least that's what I think it is) They have Korean Themed tacos and a bunch of other awesome bowls that could be made into burritos if you want.I got the Fire Bibimbap Bowl. Fire Chicken is HOT!! But really really tasty!

First time trying Korean food in general and I loved it! It was super fresh and tasty. I couldn't finish because I got full, but I wanted to keep eating. The staff was nice and the atmosphere was very chill. It's a little tucked away, so I never would have known it was there if my friend hadn't suggested it! Def a good spot to get some fresh eats :)

Soo Bak's bowls are delicious with generous serving of meat and veggies. The bowl tastes delicious with good balance of flavors...not too heavy or salty. The BBQ beef is tender and cooked really well. Location is low key with a laid back environment.

Only travel to Burque occassionally but i will be back to this place. Cant wait to try other items. Wish it was in Santa Fe. I had the Korean Bbq, temupa avacado, sweet chile tofu tacos and man the flavors ?? The chile tofu and tempura were neck n neck as my favorites. Do yourself a favor, very nice peeps 2!

Great presentation. Friendly staff. Cool location. However, a bit over-priced. Dry, chewy beef as well. I’m sure the overhead for this location is pricey, being located just off Central. So, maybe high prices are to be expected. Yet, the quality was not up to par. I’m sure they can improve, but I don’t recommend this place. I spent about $20 for a bowl and an iced tea.

Very delicious. The kids liked the tempura avocado and teriyaki chicken tacos. The other tacos were all great, and the fire chicken was hot. Also tried Soo bak bibimbap and it was really good. I would definitely recommend this place. We will be back.

I haven't been to Albuquerque in 20 years and was surprised last night to find a Korean place within walking distance of my AirBnB. Very casual - it looks like the building was a garage of some sort in the past. The food is very good - service friendly. Order at the register, food delivered by the staff. Nice selection of local beer on tap, others in cans.
