I ordered a Sonic burger with easy mustard and extra onions... They gave me a Sonic burger slathered with mayonnaise, mustard and zero onion! Wish I would have checked my order while I was there and didn't find out when I got home
I placed an online order for myself and my roommates and came to pick up. Turns out all of the stalls are closed so they made me get in the long line. I didn’t want to wait because I really just need to get home and study but I can’t even get a refund apparently, and Im not wasting $30. So I waited 45 minutes in line for cold soggy food. And I had 2 items missing the Seriously?
All stalls are closed and so I wait In The drive through for 20 mins only to place my order but no they decided to close as soon as I get up front they closed early also and I’m sure the 10 cars behind me we also not happy about waiting in line only not to get served
In this day and age one expects to wait but to wait over 25 minutes for an order with just 1 item on it and then have that single item come out 25 minutes later prepared wrong is too, too much. they made sure to charge for my customized item but they didn’t even include the item I was up charged for? This isn’t covid related and if they are short staffed they should begin every guest interaction with “Hi welcome to sonic due to our staffing shortages it will be approximately a half hour before you will receive your order” and let the paying guest decide if they would like to wait or not. It’s called customer service and its really not that difficult.
I arrived at 10:30 tonight. I wanted to order an ice cream and was told they were not making ice cream! I waited for 15 minutes for them to tell me that! The menu doesn't say anything about not making ice cream after a certain time! Not happy!
We ordered 2 redbull slushes on the app. The screen said it was being brought. 15 mins later we had to push the red button to remind them. They brought us two melted slushes with no Red Bull.
Took forever and they weren't taking people in the order they showed up. Sat for 20 minutes for an online order. Then staff was rude when I asked to be helped.
Terrible us along with many others drove off after long waits. If they has just acknowledged we were there and said something like we are short handed it would have been acceptable. Totally ingoring all those cars was not. Worst Sonic experience ever.
Just went through the drive thru had ordered a grilled cheese and a route 44 cherry limeade. The grilled cheese was screwed up. The cut the crusts off (didn't ask for this), burnt it, and smashed the hell out of it. It was ridiculous how hard is it to make a grilled cheese?
Pretty good experience. I was craving a Patty melt and I was very happy with the patty melt on Texas toast
