They never have any stalls that work. All out of order. Then when you do get a stall they make you wait 15plus minutes then say there out of 50% of the food. Customer service is horrible and prices are way too high for food quality!
I would give this place a half a star not a full star. They mess up my order multiple times and the managers just keep getting ruder. I'm so dissatisfied and don't recommend this location. Montgomery is way more better and Juan Tabo (but they might've shut down) locations. Hope this helps.
I ordered on line and i ordered my burger with green chili and bacon and a oreo cheese cake shake.. first I didn’t get the shake and when i get home my burger is leaking and doesn’t even look good at all i take a bite and its chili dog chili not green chili!! And the bacon is curled in a big ball! Im trying to call them i have called 23 times already no answer it rings and rings until it hangs up on its own!!!
Dropped in for breakfast because Sonic was in our route. Omg so glad we did. Breakfast was outstanding!! Eggs on the burrito and sandwich were fresh made , so were the tots and iced coffees. ? Definitely doing it again. Bravo staff!!!!??
I enjoy this particular Sonic because it's the only one that offers happy hour discounts. It's 9.58 for the brkfast combo and an extra burrito. The other 4 Sonic that I frequent are a $ 1.00 more. They offer no HH discounts.
I waited 10 minutes to have someone reply to my order button ("red button"). I place my order and waited 50 minutes. Then my order screen refreshed, I touched the button again. After 7 minutes someone replied and said my order is not on their screen. I wasted an hour and a half for a #7. My neighbors were all served but I wasn't, I think skin color had something to do with it.
Got a double hamburger with mustard and tots and it tasted great. Cherry coke was on point as always. Pretty quick wait time on order but carhop had no ketchup so they had to bring it back on second trip. Over all great experience and great food.
Always fun to drive up to Sonic. The service is great and so is the food and drinks. For me Its fun and nostalgic all in one. A great menu too!
I had to give it a star which I feel terrible about because it has been one of the worse experiences I have ever had!! I have been going to this particular Sonic since I can remember and so I gave it another shot which I truly regret!!! Please stay away from here!!! Everything is horrible from the food to wait times to service!!!!
Fast response time, good customer service, had all the things we ordered. Even though the mask policy has changed all the car hops (do they still call them that?) were wearing masks.
