The order taker had the hardest time taking my order repeated myself several times and still the order got wrong compared to what I asked for. The car hop lady was on another level of being rude when I mentioned that the order was wrong got visibly irritated came back with the right drink and stormed off very rudely. Not impressed.
Ordered ahead on app a cookie dough blast with extra things added, got Oreo blast with none of the extras. Waited 20 mins when it wasn’t busy. The guy that brought it out seemed high off of something. Thanks.
I would have given them 0 stars if that was possible. We sat in our stall for 10 minutes waiting for someone to answer the red button and take our order. We then waited 30 minutes for our order and we finally pushed the button again to ask for a refund but could only wait another 10 minutes before we had to leave to make it to our appointment. After we placed our order and paid, we never got another answer. We had to drive away with no food/drinks and lose the $20 we paid and couldn’t get refunded. Come on Sonic - do better! If you don’t have enough employees don’t open the stalls and just run the drive-through. It’s not fair to your customers and it’s not fair to your employees that do show up.
Showed up and pushed the button and the guy answers “I’ll be with you in a minute” so we wait….for 15 minutes. Push the button again , he says “oh the stalls are closed, you have to go through the drive thru. We asked why he didn’t tell us when we pushed the button the first time and he said he forgot. The drive thru is obviously full but if he had told us the first time we would’ve spent the 15 minutes in the drive thru instead of WAITING for him to never get back to us. Absolutely stupid.

I went to my neighborhood sonic for a hot fudge sundae. They didn't have fudge so I got chocolate syrup instead. It was delicious. Fast and friendly service.

I still like the food but I wasn't impressed with the service; if they're so short on coins that they can't scrape together 53 cents in change, perhaps they could mention it PRIOR to accepting a cash payment.Maybe offer a complimentary soda?A small order of French fries?Even just a single tater tot...?SOMEthing other than an "oops, too bad" attitude after the fact.

Ordered a tropical punch slushy and got a cup up blended up bugs. I don't know you don't notice your blending up an entire bug but imma keep my distance with sonic
