Ordered a Cherry Lime ade and got a Dark cola type IDK what the heck it was. Wasn't a Cherry Lime ade
That location is the slowest fast food place waited almost one hour for a plain cheese burger ridiculous worst experience ever never go there again
Worst fast food restaurant ever. They don't care for customers and the drinks and food is prepared in a hurry with no quality. Mobile order was given wrong and they didn't care to fix it, instead referred me to the mobile app customer's service, they just wanted me out of there. Customer Service was useless and send the issue to them. Calling my credit card to get the partial refund of the food that I didn't receive. Never returning to any Sonic EVER!
I gave my friend a ride to his first day of work there and I picked him up. Had a really good first day he's 57 years old but he still wanted to work still likes to work and he loves working there I know I love the food there it's always been good.
When I think of Sonic Drive In I have in my mind that I'm gonna park in a stall, place my order and eat there in my car.I couldn't believe that I was told ALL the stalls were CLOSED and I'd have to use the drive thru instead!So I ordered in the drive thru and the ice cream was out so I didn't get to try the new shake that was being advertised and my drink a route 44 strawberry lemonade with cranberry wasn't made right. I was very disappointed ☹️ with Sonic.The employees were good at taking my money that's about it.I'll never go back to this location. ?
I live near the Sonic located at 531 Bridge SW in albuquerque, nm. I am disappointed that their ice cream machine is still broken. I was there last week and tried ordering 2 shakes. I was told the ice cream machine was broken. This past Wednesday, I went again and there was a sign that read, "ice cream machine is broken". Sonic is known for its ice cream products?? How is it possible that Sonic, which I thought is a large corporation, has not taken action to make the repairs??? Sonic seems to be going down hill and apparently no one is in a hurry to make repairs. I will be going to Baskin Robbins or Dairy Queen to buy ice cream. Do better Sonic.
Disgusting service employees need to be taught about hygiene and proper food handling. Customer service was awful and it was the managers on duty who could use better training. Hey corporate something needs to be done about the stores in the southvalley area. Your company can't be ran right if the leaders aren't setting a good example and taking pride in what they do.
We need ordered cheeseburgers. My husband doesn’t like onions but he found two chopped pieces inside his burger. My son wanted to order Reese’s blast but their ice cream machine was out.
Waiting 20 min in carhop than they finally came out and told us ,oh it's only drive through while they seen us parked there the whole time please people go to a different sonic it's worth it!
I went for lunch and the underside of the bun was moldy and the tater tots had freezer burn. Very disappointing. Since they now close at 5 p.m. I seriously think their products aren't being rotated. Will be avoiding this location.
