5-30-223:43pmWe been waiting for an hour waiting for two drinks three cars pulled up and left . Management and staff are really bad service. We got told their short staff but theirs 8 different staff members.
Not trying to complain. Just trying to get this fixed. The wait here is not acceptable. Not when ordering a single drink, in no way should it take over 10min yet it does,… I get things happen but when I’m the only one in the drive thru and I can see them talking it upsets me as a former good service worker /: also, attended should be a bit more friendly after the wait.
Worst sonic I have ever been to OMG!The wait to just order anything is like 30 min!Then the wait for yr food to arrive is another 30-45 min !This is place is ridiculous I say avoid the wait because there's a lot better places to go that are faster if you're in a rush or just in general...
Every time I order at Sonic Belen they get the order wrong. I ordered two bacon bacon cheese burgers. No bacon on either one. That is just wrong. I don't spend my money at Sonic in Belen very often for this very reason. And when I do? I am reminded why I don't. Sorry for the bad review but you have earned it.
Food was fine, but the staff seemed more interested in goofing off than working (I waited about 5-10 minutes after pushing the button in the stall, then just went through the drive-through, where I saw the goofing).
Drive thru was closed on a Friday, also waited for 15 minutes after pressing the red button with nobody answering. Went to the one on San Mateo instead. Also they havent fixed their shattered, wind damaged sign in over a year, really shows you how much they don't care.
Stay away from this place they mess up your order all the time, I ordered a garlic butter bacon burger they gave me this
order two shakes one strawberry and one caramel. we got vanilla and chocolate shakes. no whipped cream or a cherry and no spoon for eating the shakes and one cup had a hole in it. very unhappy.
This location always seems half open. The drive thru is always closed, the drive-up windows on one side are all closed and the ones that are open, don't always work, so you have to drive to different windows to find one that will finally take your order.
They were fast, the food was hot and fresh. Excellent! Nothing like the Sonic on Juan Tabo, which we refuse to go to, despite it being within walking distance of our house. This Sonic needs some TLC but at least the service and food was top notch!
