Wonderful staff and amazing cupcakes! The staff were so welcoming and told us what the flavors were. The cupcakes were out of this world! I had a Lemon Drop cupcake and it was so good! A fun place to pick up something sweet! Definitely need to come back!
My favorite cupcake shop in town! I love that they have the mini cupcakes which alleviates the pressure and commitment of eating a full sized cupcake. The little Pupcakes are ADORABLE. Our little pooch gobbles it right up!Wonderful service as well!
Went to small cakes today and the employee at the front counter was extremely helpful and welcoming in the store. Great service and delicious cupcakes! If you haven’t been there, I recommend you go, everything is great!
Best bakery in the ABQ for birthday treats! The front counter staff was ready to help and the shop has a variety of cakes, cupcakes, and cookies for parties. The cupcakes are delicious. It’s a delightful little shop!
Went to Smallcakes for dessert. I ordered the Lemon Drop Cupcake($4.00) and another ordered the Chocolate Strawberry($4.00). Both cupcakes were dense, moist and full of flavor. Service was quick and friendly.
These cakes are nice but I have been speaking with the ladies through email about custom cakes and delivery since February. It has been a struggle to get any sort of response. I finally get told to call for payment for my order but was told by the guy on the phone they don't do delivery yet I've had my previous cakes delivered. He refused to give me any sort of explanation as to why we suddenly couldn't do any delivery. Very poor and rude customer service. Bad communication. I was planning multiple cakes throughout the year and now will not be doing business with this company. No matter how tasty your product is, your bad attitudes and treating customers like they are a nuisance will ruin your business. Would definitely recommend saving yourself some time and going to a bakery who actually values their custmers.
