Darci is the very best ! I have enjoyed every moment of working with her on my wedding cake and cannot wait to see the final result in less then two weeks. She is sweet and answers all your questions. She will go above and beyond for her clients. I suggest her to all couples planning their wedding.
Darci made our wedding cake for our party of 80. The result was fantastic! We decided to go with an almond flavored cake, with an amaretto flavored icing. Darci used a little bit of syrup, so the cake didn't dry out regardless of being in NM. We got so many compliments from our guests.

Darci did such an amazing job on our wedding cake! I had already looked into her portfolio when we started wedding planning and fell in love! When we booked our venue we found out they partner with Darci for their wedding packages and it was like it was meant to be, I was so excited!!! Everything at the tasting was absolute perfection and made it so hard to chose our flavors, Darci took the time to really understand our vision and she executed our wedding cake flawlessly, it was EXACTLY what we had in mind! She incorporated the sola flowers I had crafted for all of our bouquets/decorations, and really took our design to the next level! Everyone absolutely loved the design and gave us so many compliments on how delicious it was, we can't thank you enough, Darci!!!!

A month before our wedding our cake baker went out of business, Darci was gracious enough to pick up our order and made us not only one beautiful wedding cake but also an amazing ski themed groom’s cake. The cakes were delicious and beautiful, and was a perfect match with our coffee truck. We couldn’t be happier with her service; she is professional and responsive. A bride’s dream vendor.
Very late review. I had my wedding in October 2019 and Darci was amazing. The appointment went great and we had full confidence in her ability and professionalism. The cake was delivered on time and was enjoyed by everyone in attendance!

Darci is awesome! We went to her for a wedding cake and she executed perfectly what I had in mind. She serves a great plate for tastings, with cakes, fillings, and frostings to try together. I loved that all the different elements go together, no matter what combinations you choose. Darci is simply sweet, one of the nicest people we met during wedding planning.
