Well maintained rooms next to the convention Center and a monorail stop. Great pool and hot tub, protected from the wind, in the central courtyard. Bar/grill has small selection of good dishes. Large multi-story parking garage. Elevator to rooms requires a room key to go up.

Extremely disappointed with this hotel. The lobby area is nice but the rooms are extremely dated and not fully clean. Our drain in our shower is moldy - I called the front desk to ask to be switched rooms and the lady said she'd give me a call back but never did. On top of that, every day, twice a day I asked for housekeeping to come up to the room and they never came! I've been here for four days now and haven't had housekeeping a single time even though I have requested it almost 10 times. We ran out of towels so we called the front desk, they said someone would be up with them - the towels never came. So we walked down to the front desk and asked and they said someone would be up - no one ever came. We got on the elevator, went to a different floor and grabbed towels off of a maids cart. This morning, I had to go to the front desk to ask for more toilet paper, how ridiculous. I see a maid cart on my floor every day and I directly ask them for service and I never get it. To top it off, our room is supposed to have a mini fridge but it does not.I cannot wait to leave this place and never return

Friendly front desk and friendly bar staff. Clean rooms, but they could use an update. Gym is ok, but the weight machine was broken, and for some reason the bike wanted me to create an account and log in to use it. No thanks. Just remember people are traveling and trying to stay in shape while on the road. It’s important to have a nice gym or we’ll look elsewhere next time.

Wanting to trade for a long time now but I have not been able to make any profit. I saw a review on a page about Mrs Mariel Ramsey and I must confess that she is the best trader. She managed my account after I invested $1,200 I got $6,000 in a week. You too can be a testimony today and you can make good profit too. Email: [email protected] WhatsApp +19736928825

Somewhat of a mixed review from me... As others have said the staff are so friendly and helpful but the hotel is a bit dated. I had no problems with my bathroom and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. It was annoying that there was no ac outlet near the bed so I couldn't keep my phone charging while I used it. My coffee maker worked fine and was much appreciated at 5:00 when I woke up. The airport shuttle was great and I had me at the airport in under 10 minutes.I asked for a wakeup call but they never called the room which could have been terrible and thankfully I had my phone alarm set. The worst part of my over night stay has nothing to do with the hotel but instead the horribly inconsiderate guests in the next room. They literally had a group of people laughing and shouting at 5:00am!!! I mean what is wrong with people??? If I wasn't up ang leaving for the airport I would have DEFINITELY been banging on their door! MORON'S!!!

This place had friendly staff, during Audit shift with the front desk. Quick response on any requests or questions. They had a couple of the women that were very darn good housekeepers. The assignment head housekeeper had attitude and al9/ seemed to bother her such as an extra hair shampoo or an ÷Xtra coffee for the room I payed for.

Very friendly front desk staff. However, the water pressure was weak, and all of the showers made a terrible screeching noise . I know this because I was woken up all night by people's screaming showers. You have to pay for parking. There is no complimentary breakfast. No coffee on the lobby. No microwave. No refrigerator. Save your money. Go to a motel.

Location with the short walk from the airport (see photo) would give this hotel five stars, the cold shower on the high floors reduces the rating. Water finally warmed up for the third person to shower in the morning. Rooms are what you should expect for an airport location.

This is clearly an older hotel but has been updated at some point. The staff is super nice here. It is almost 11 dollars a night to park in their lot.. There are fridges in the rooms but microwaves are only with the vending machines on floors 4 and 9. Laundry machines are on floor 7 and take quarters. The hotel is rather clean although the rooms and some of the public places smell of mildew although I didn't see any actual mold. The bed is super comfy and the sheets are soft. This hotel is literally a parking lot away from the airport terminal. I saw lots of airline crew members just walking over with their luggage. I would definitely stay here again.
