Jackie was nice. The waiter who brought the wine bottle ( different from what we ordered). Small things were missing or off, for a fine dining experience. Examples- slow service, large screen TV in dinning area, slow follow up on request for check. Not bad overall, but when visiting a place like this, those things make an impact.
Felt a bit rushed initially, First round of steaks delivered to the table were not cooked as order placed. Manager made everything right and replaced each plate with a freshly and perfectly prepared steak. She even replaced the appetizers ordered while we waited for new steaks to be prepared. Weâll handled, Lori Connelly, Restaurant Manager. Ruthâs Chris is always pricy, so you expect the best all around.
We had a 450 dollar bill for four people 3 steaks. Two medium rare one medium all came out super well done. Only one of us sent it back and it came back basically frozen.
The steaks were cooked to exactly the way requested. Tender and full of flavor. Ruth's Chris is the best restaurant in Albuquerque

Beautiful room, outstanding service and fantastic food. It was my wife's birthday, which I informed them when making the reservation. Every member of the staff, from the greeter at the door to the waiter, wished her âHappy Birthdayâ
