We have been here twice and the drinks are tasty, but the service is terrible. They have been extremely rude and short both times. We thought we would give them another chance, but after, today won’t go back
Rude adult children working the counter that shove your order at you after rushing out out of the store to sit on their fat butts will not be back
Poor customer service and mediocre ice cream. A girl with bleached hair and what looked like a large hickey on her neck took our order and made the ice cream. She had a little bit of an attitude when we ordered. Then when I was going to ask for something on my ice cream she yelled at me to wait. Ice cream rolls lacked flavor. Overall it was an unpleasant experience. Would not go back or recommend.
Used to love going here because their ice cream is really good. Too bad the hours are inconsistent and they seem to close whenever they feel like not working anymore. Would spend a lot more money here if they didn't close 2 hours before the mall closes. The boba tea is not good either.
When I go to the mall with or without my son I always have to stop by here the ice cream is always good and the new drink I have to get one every time I stop by. the workers are so nice too it’s great if you have a sweet tooth stop by you and your kids will love it

The girl that was making my ice cream didn’t even bother to ask in the first place what I wanted. She just stared at me and then when I couldn’t hear he I asked what she said, she raised her voice at me. My ice cream wasn’t even well made it was half way melted. Horrible service. She has purple hair. Didn’t even have a name tag.
If I could put no stars I would. Extremely rude employees, and bad work ethic.
