very good food but slow service. worth the wait overall
Food was delicious. Service was poor. The place was not that busy, we sat in the bar area. Not sure how many times we had to ask for refills on our drinks, each time we had to wave our hands at the wait staff. Although, the wait staff was courteous, just forgetful.
I have been to many Red Robins through out California and other states. This by far has the best customer service my family has seen. Plus the food tasted great. When back in town, we WILL be back here!
A variety of burgers for every preference, worth a visit at least once, my favorite is the non-alcoholic fruity drinks because they're more unique than any other place I've been too. The newest Sunset Lemonade is the best so far.
Very clean and professional. The food was good but if I had one tiny suggestion it would be to monitor the fries that go out. I understand the Robin puts out tons of fries a day but ours were not fresh at all, they were a little stale. But other than that a nice place to grab a burger.
Great service and delicious food!
First Nice Atmosphere and Friendly Staff Good Food I will return ?
Soooo.....after years of seeing Red Robin commercials, I finally stopped in to check the place out 4 days ago on a Friday Night. First let me say that I had a very different mental picture of what the restaurant would be like. I had imagined it to be more like a Steak and Shake or Five Guys and I couldn't have been more wrong. When I arrived, the restaurant was busy and on a short wait but I avoided that because I was dining alone and I grabbed the last seat at the bar. The restaurant had a beautiful interior with really good lighting throughout. The u-shaped full service bar I sat at was quite nice, too.For dinner I ordered The Mad Love Burger which has a half-pound black angus beef patty, provolone and swiss cheese, a cheddar and parmesan cheese crisp, jalapeno relish, candied bacon, avocado slices, citrus marinated tomatoes and onions, and shredded romaine on a toasted Ciabatta bun. My burger came with a side of bottomless steak fries for about 14 bucks. My meal was amazingly delicious. I ordered the burger "with a little pink" and it came out absolutely perfectly cooked. The fries were great, too, and were salted appropriately. I really enjoyed my meal. The bartender who took care of me was very friendly and engaging while bustin' her behind to keep up with it all. She was doing the work of two bartenders and she did it with a smile.I will definitely be back....and soon. Next time I'm going to order their pineapple upside-down cake milkshake which I saw going out to a table and it looked amazing.I had a really good dining experience at this Red Robin with zero complaints and I enthusiastictly recommend this place. I honestly do really look forward to my next visit.
Paid 50 bucks for not so good food. Ordered cheese sticks which you expect to pull apart and have nice melted stringy cheese. Not what you get, I don't know what kind of cheese they use but it was mushy. Ordered the burger with an over easy egg, there is a difference between over easy and raw. Photo below. The egg whites weren't cooked it was nasty, took one bite and completely lost my appetite. We left with out eating hardly anything.
Today was my first red Robin experience. I was happily pleased by the trip. I had a haystack burger or whatever it qas called. The pretzel bites were good w beer cheese. The whiskey BBQ burger for my son was awesome. Wife and daughter in law had the bacon coz burger. They were both happy. It was a little pricey at $85 to feed four people. It was worth it though. They need more servers or something. The poor girl had half the restaurant to herself. She was behind and struggling but tried so hard to make everyone happy. I felt really bad for her, but she really was doing great for being the only girl working. Overall I was pleased. Nothing got sent back or complained about. I had unlt zucchini sticks that were bomb. Didn't take pics because I was too busy murdering my meal.
