Unfortunately this venue has seen better times. Stained carpet, dirty entry, torn seat at both, bathroom paper towels as a dinner napkin and dirty device to make payment. Our server, however was pleasant and delivered meals as ordered- she caught my salad that was dressed although I asked for dressing on the side. She promptly returned to kitchen for another entrée. The food was pedestrian, Asian salmon bowl had no flavor, new Orleans flounder was fishy and had way too much sauce. Fish and chips cod was as expected and ok, cole slaw was over dressed. Even the “famous” biscuits tasted old and processed. Wine by the glass was delivered as larger pour although our bartender never asked what we would like. I dislike writing a poor review but corporate really needs to remodel and revamp this place!

Finding a dead bug (we took pictures) in the Caesar salad ruined the meal for all of us. We asked the waitperson to inform the manager, but no apology or acknowledgement was forthcoming. We didn't want to make a scene about it in the midst of my granddaughter's birthday celebration, but we will NEVER eat at a Red Lobster again!

Parking was plenty and the host was polite and seat us quickly. I gave 4 stars for the seating arrangement instead of 5 stars. They sat us at a corner in a little room and it was humid in there. My waitress was attentive and polite, whatever I ask for she came back and got it. Great service! The atmosphere is family friendly, they have a sling and a high chair for the kiddos. The restroom didn’t smell like urine and it was kept up. The biscuits was good, it wasn’t salty. It had flavor and it was fluffy. All shrimp dishes tasted good, wasn’t salty was generous with the butter. Shrimp was clean and cut with tail on. It didn’t taste fishy…. My pasta was good just needed a little bit of salt and sauce to taste good. A little bland on that side and overall I enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. The service was great and will go back.

Food was good. Server did a good job. Prices have definitely gone up.

Honestly it exceeded my expectations by a lot. As far as seafood in new mexico goes it's fresh, and they give generous portions with decent flavors, they also give free refills for soda which is nice, it's never something I crave but if your looking for somewhere nice to eat out on a birthday this would be a great place to go.

My husband and I went to Red lobster today to celebrate his birthday and the service was amazing. Our server Richie was the best, he was attentive and gave us outstanding customer service. The food was hot and delicious. Amazing customer service.

Visited this particular restaurant yesterday. The food was tasty and the service was also great!

First time having a terrible experience here. Not sure what the point of having a waitlist online is for. Got on the waitlist in the morning for 6:30 pm just to get there and be told there was a table of 6 in front of us and then still having to wait over an hour to be seated. Our server was terrible as well. Not attentive at all. Brought half our food and kept having to remind her to bring the remainder. Post covid customer service has taken an absolute nose dive.

After finally going out for dinner since Covid restrictions finally lifted we were very disappointed. Service was very disappointing from the host to our waitress. SLOW! Ordered Ice water for a drink, when the waitress finally came around to bring us our food asked her for a refill on our Ice water, She refills our Ice water with just water only cause she did not want to refill her pitcher with more ice. Come on now! Surprisingly, saw no management on the floor the whole time we were there. Don't waste your time, and hard earned money here! Not worth it!

Steak medium rare almost melts in your mouth! Cheese bisquits excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Great experience. Highly recommend!
