Giving these guys a 1 star because our waitress was amazing. First, off let me tell you. I was extremely excited to try this place. As I never been to New Mexico. I came from Dallas, Texas and was starving to eat some food. The waitress gave us time to look at the menu and I seen they had Blue Corn enchiladas. So, I decided to go with that. My waitress then asked “would you like it Christmas style?”……. What the heck is Christmas?? (They were referring to The Mexican Flag with the 2 different sauces). I was in shock that they called it Christmas. Second, when I received my food, my rice was green, and the chicken enchiladas had NO FLAVOR and was very bland and you can only taste the cheese on top. Very Mexican at all. I don’t think this place should be called a “Mexican Cuisine.”As a Latina woman I am very upset of what I saw that day. I will not return back ever.

The Range! Yay, vegan options are on point. We had the blue corn enchiladas xmas with calabacitas and vegan cheese, chimichanga calabacitas xmas with vegan cheese, impossible burger (my son is only veganish because we are vegan, so he kept the swiss cheese and spicey mayo stuff, bleh but it's better than nothing!) Oh and pickle bloody Marys! Yum and done. Definitely suggest The range for vegan dining out.

This was the place to go before Covid, but not now . I have been back 5 times now, still under staffed, food poor quality, service slow. So sorry to see this happening, I will miss my breakfast there.

Dessert was very very good. Atmosphere is cool. Food was good but very spicy. Service was good. Prices were reasonable.

Redemption! We did not like our last meal but this one was much better! We ordered the Cobb salad and the strawberry salmon salad as well as queso and chips. The homemade blue cheese dressing is spot on great! The deviled eggs in the salad were a tasty unique feature. The salmon was a little overcooked but tasted great!

Talk about meat! They have large portions and tastes like good down home cooking. The wait staff is incredibly fun and attentive. Not a place to start a romantic evening, but a great place for a family event and just casual evening with friends. Fun decor. Overly amazing deserts too.

Had a great brunch for my birthday. I've always loved coming to The Range it's been a favorite for years! Riana was amazing, friendly and fast with service. When we first got there they told us it would be about a 30-35 minute wait but we only ended up waiting for maybe 5 minutes before being seated! If your in New Mexico you definitely need to try The Range. Highly recommend this place especially for out of towners to have a great taste and experience of New Mexico!

I have eaten at the Range Cafe many times. Every item is delicious. I love the decor and especially the artwork available for sale.

My husband qnd I go to the range every Sunday for brunch with a friend. The service is excellent and food is pretty yummy. Sometimes the kitchen forgets to prep an item I like to order but when they do that I usually give something else yummy to satisfy my cravings. Desirae, Steven, Gabbie are great wait staff that will make you feel welcome!

I used to love the Range Cafe. As of today though, i will NEVER return. Our meal started off with a rude waitress who paid us no attention. We sat seated for almost 30 minutes before we even got so much as a cup of water! Next up, we got chips and salsa and inside our chips there was something that looked like a deep fried Cockroach! after bringing it up the waitress tried to convince me that it might have been a rolled up potato skin? Like no, that looks like a cockroach, I can see the wings... she did offer to bring us a new batch which we politely refused. To add insult to injury, she didn't even take them off our check. I then ordered the Green Chili Gravy Country Fried Steak; the presentation was excellent. It looked picture perfect. However, under all that gravy was a soggy mush of breading, and freezer burnt steak. after poking around, the bottom of my plate was a water filled swimming pool. The food was extremely bland and took a Mountain of salt/pepper just to make it remotely edible. In all honesty, i didnt even finish the meal. The range used to be a favorite spot for quite sometime but as of recently and more specifically this last time. I'm extremely dissatisfied with their food and customer service. Unfortunately I wont be returning.
