Waited in line for 30 minutes just to place an order! I understand slow cooking but they have the warmers full of chicken constantly! I am tired of this big chain not caring from the top down. If leadership doesn’t care than the staff will never amount to much.
Popeyes is delicious! Friendly customer service and a delicious menu with lots of options! What's not to love!I've tried several Popeyes in different states including Louisiana. This New Mexico location wins my heart because good food is even better with wonderful customer service with smiling faces! Top that off with a lemonade and everyone is smiling!!
Great experience with the team today!Called about half an hour after the store opened because I couldn't place an online order (too big).Was instructed on easiest way to place order.I ordered 20 individual dinner boxes & expected to pay & pick up a little later. Although the store was short staffed they still had the foodready in about 30 minutes after my phone call!This location was getting busy & they could've turned away my order, as most other restaurants would have,instead they were super accommodating.Outstanding customer service from Victoria & Shantel!
Popeye is no longer what it use to be, I don’t blame the works I blame management and the owner. The employees lack knowledge and directions. I believe that anyone can do great in any position but they have that good balance of speed and accuracy. So this is to the Owner or high management do better and make sure changes was impacted don’t just walk away afterwards and pretend like you don’t see the mess up I’ve been here during a time a owner was there and they all acted the same way and yell at each other for needing assistance and help
Paid $10 for a 3 piece combo, for some dried up fries and what seems like the smallest pieces of chicken they could find? never coming back to this location, also I've had Sprite Spicier than the Spicy Chicken here
Not very happy with this visit. Only drive thru open with shortage of employees and at any rate its not the customers fault. Wanted to order a 5 piece mixed and was told there was no mild only spicy so instead of waiting another 15 minutes to add to the 25 or longer minutes it took to just get to the speaker I settled on the spicy. Got home to open the box and had 3 wings and 2 thighs, which the receipt read different. And on top of that it was very very dry. I would like to go back but this problem needs to be handled first. I do have to say the employee was super friendly and apologetic about being short handed but then again I would be friendly as hell if I was gonna give you what I wanted instead of what you ordered to you at the drive thru..

Management is RUDE!!! Especially Ramona. I asked for her name very nicely so I can take note of it and she replied with “what’s your name?” I started my name she returned with her. I asked for another manager cause I can see where Ramona's attitude was and she replied with “nope” and then hangs up. I call back and what you know …. Busy signal!!! Terrible terrible management popeyes. My sons’ worked at this establishment and nothing but poor poor management.
I haven't been in years since the crawdad bites, and won't ever go back. Waited inside 25 minutes for my food. Upgraded my combo with the gourmet Mac and Cheese and what a waste of 90 cents. I asked the manager about the portion and he snapped at me about them using a corporate scoop and that's as much as they serve. Just lousy service for subpar food.
A $32 8-piece meal was such a disappointment and we will no longer go. Chicken pieces were small, puny and dried up. Large sized sides were filled half-way.
