Probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a Pizza Hut. I placed the order online and they said it would be about 15 minutes. So I went there and I paid for my pizza and the man said it would be a couple of minutes. I waited... and waited... finally after waiting for 15 minutes I went up there and asked them where my pizza was. They told me it was on its way through the big oven they have there. I waited another 5 minutes and I asked again about my pizzas and they asked me what I had ordered and they seemed to be stupefied by my order. Finally after another 10 minutes I asked for a refund and the manager there said she could do it and gave me the district manager and how to contact him. I left angrily and still hungry. So now I am going to Pizza 9I don't think I'll be eating from this Pizza Hut any time soon.Maybe next year
I ordered pizza thought the online app for delivery my pizza was as requested and so we're my wings! And they did forget my cheese sticks but made me ones fresh and came and delivered them! The delivery man was super nice! Way better experience and quicker service then the pizza hut on Zuni where I used to live!
Pizza was good but now they are charging extra for parmesan cheese and pepper flakes. $54.00 for two pies should afford me some free cheese and pepper packets.
Our food (pickup and ate in our truck on road trip) was great! After reading these reviews, I’m actually astonished our order was accurate and tasty. My issue began when I took our child in to use restroom.Walking around building, I saw through the window, employee behind counter, holding phone, hacking into their sleeve-no mask! They have a sign right on door, asking to help keep everyone healthy by not entering if you have a cough. I get you need to work, but, be courteous of your fellow humans, and, wear a mask if you are coughing. Eww.Next issue-the sad excuse for a bathroom. Truly-GROSS. Everything looked dirty, broken toilet paper holder, so instead, there’s a giant roll sitting directly on handicap bar (may be problematic for those who utilize them!), missing mirror, and, garbage can lid needs to be directly touched to open (gross), and it was filthy! Super GROSS.It is unreasonable to serve food, yet, have both your restrooms in this condition.
First and last time I will order from here.Pan pizza crust is supposed to rise and have that crisp crunchy taste. But my order the crust was flat and taste bland like it was yesterday's dough. You need to do better.
We ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and it had zero sauce on it. Strangest pizza I've tasted from this location.
Staff not following COVID protocols as mandated by the state. No employees wearing masks, 2 looked like they had fevers (pale, sweaty, fatigued). Someone should probably check the temp logs to make sure they are following Pizza Hut Covid safe practices.
So I made an order on the phone last night 6:27 pm on Saturday 8 2022 the guy that took my oder said my pizza would be send two hours and never got my pizza and then I called and they won't pick up there food. I'm not paying for a blizzard that was a day late
Usually pizza hut is one of my favorites but tonight was very disappointing.. got the triple box, pizza was cold, it was suppose to come with cheese sticks but got breadsticks. They were dry to cause there was no sauce to dip them in.. im very annoyed cause i was considering this a treat. This location is not too great
Not sure what happened. But my stiffed crust crust was like a board taste and not so good. Our traditional crust one also was a weird taste. No employees inside were wearing masks!
