I placed an online order online at 5:00PM for fathers day. Went to pick it up and your restaurant is closed. Even though Google says open and your hours of operation say open on your sign. To make it worse, your online ordering system charged my card even though i never got my food. I called the number and nobody answered and the voice-mail is turned off. Great way to run a business.
Used to be this place would 5 stars and and great review except today I went in to order to go and right off bat the female taking orders was not 1 of the friendly nice helpful people I'm used to greeting customers when they walk in. While taking my order she was rude and interrupted me several times. I ordered a salad and pizza and when I got home to eat I found my salad with hardly any lettuce and what little there was is brown and slimy. Disappointed used to love this place.
The pizza was really good, but the cheese bread was overcooked and nothing really special. They also have the good cane sugar drinks like Mexican coke and Dr. pepper which I really enjoyed. I would totally get the pizza again if I lived here.
Wow! We were driving through from Arizona.. We were weary and tired and most importantly, STARVING. I called in my order and told them I was traveling through and would be about 45 minutes. The employee Saud "I will wait 20 minutes before making it!" When we got there, the pizza was ready and we got right back on the road! We quickly devoured it going down the highway! It hit the spot and was absolutely the best pizza we have had in a LONG time! If we ever go back through, we WILL be stopping for more!
Pandemic being here, this place is awesome I was treated with lots of courtesy I ordered lots of food as walk in and I got all I needed and no mess up I was helped take out to my vehicle the two young female workers did teamwork. WOW! My first time here.
Haven't been back here in several years but this place was always good.My recent visit to this place was excellent. Green chile was hot and toppings were just enough. Highly recommend this place for pizza night.
This has been my favorite pizza place for 3 1/2 decades. I eat here sometimes once or twice a week since it’s in my hood. I put up with a lot of their hold-ups during the pandemic because I wanted to support them as a small business. Not any more.I won’t be back for a while. Called to place an order at 7 PM for TWO slices. TWO slices!!! The person said 25 minutes since they had to “make a new house pie”, which is not uncommon. Arrived 30 minutes later for good measure. When I finally got to the window at 7:37, I was told my TWO slices had “just a few more minutes” and I was told to go drive around and park. I waited until the person next to me rammed my car door with theirs and drove around back to the window. I asked for my money back. The guy acted surprised. I was like, “its 7:52. I placed my order at 7 for two slices.” He asked if I still wanted the slices and I said no. He finally came back with my money and the dam slices that I didn’t want. Decided to go to Dion’s instead. Horribly disappointed in one of my favorite gems. I don’t know if I’ll ever go back here again. They really need to get it together or just shut down. It’s not fair to the workers or patrons at this point.

I just got my first and last pizza from here. A 12" pizza w 2 toppings was over $16. The bottom of the pizza had a bunch of raw flour dusting on it so my first bite was like eating straight flour. The sauce just tasted like heated up tomato paste. The toppings were few and far between and the cheese was gritty. It just tasted like poor quality ingredients and a lack of real care for good pizza. I'm bummed ? I really wanted to like this place. It has such good reviews, I thought I had found a gem near my house. Unfortunately it was just a rock.
I used to go to pizza castle all the time growing up. I went to the location across the street and it was just not the same at all. The pizza used to be amazing and now it’s pretty ehh. To top it off I spent the rest of the next day locked in the restroom, and I think this may have been the culprit.
