We stopped by for a quick small birthday party and how disappointed we were.... First of all, this store was advertising beer when they said they don't sell it anymore ??♀️??♀️The girls behind the counter had a bad attitude when asked why they still have the item on the menu that they no longer sell. Then we waited over an hour for a 10 piece buffalo wing order that had no sauce or meat. No employees were cleaning up the dinning room so the trash ?️ was over flowing and was literally thrown ALL OVER the restaurant!THEN WE GET TO THE ARCADE: Ohhh man how it was crazy to not see the tickets shooting out of the games anymore ???♀️ Now it's like you don't get any tickets ? What a rip off!
Visited for the lunch buffet, and was not impressed at all. Me and my family stood at the counter for over 5 mins before anyone came out from the back to greet us. The restaurant was basically empty at the time with maybe 5-8 other people inside. When the employee finally approached the counter, there was no apology for the wait or even a greeting, she simply stood there. We purchased the lunch buffet. The selection was extremely limited, only 3-4 regular pizzas to choose from along with 2 desert pizzas. There were also 2 pastas and a few salad options. The quality of the food terrible. The pizza was flavorless and cold, it seemed as though it had been sitting under the warmer for quite awhile. The pasta was better than the pizza, but still not good. It tasted rubbery and old. The trash cans were overflowing and no employee ever came out to the dining area to check on customers/attend to the area. Will not be returning to this location.
This is my favorite location in the state. It's also one of my favorite pizzas. Crispy crust and delicious pizza sauces. The game credits are cheap for how long they last. However, the prizes are more for younger children. Highly recommend this place for parties, dinner, or just to get out.
Kids place with edible food, some locations even have beer. I love taking kids here it is really fun and pretty clean.
Poor customer service, waited at the drive thru window for over 10 minutes without being acknowledged. People passing by the window just ignoring the drive thru. My email confirmation said my pizza would be done around 6:27 didn’t get my pizza till 6:55 still waiting in the drive thru this entire time.
bad service and they always get my order wrong...last time I ordered over the phone ahead of time and when I got there they hadn't even started on my order. The pizza looked nasty and they tossed it in the box carelessly so the pizza folded in half and ruined. The pizza looked like scraps of leftover pizza put together. Not even a whole new pizza... It was more than obvious they did that and yet they still denied it and refused to do anything about it.
I haven't been to this location in particular, but I am more familiar with the one near Comanche.I recently moved to the west side and was looking into this location.In reading the reviews from up to six months ago, I've come to the conclusion that this location lacks consistency.
Took them a bit to get fresh pizzas out for the buffet. But once they did the food was good.
This place needs big changes. The employees have little training and are poor at prioritization. I don't blame them they are just doing too much. They have indoor dining, a drive thru, take out, and Doordash. They seem to not have any time for drive thru guests. I waited an hour for one pizza, even after going inside.
