This cafe can't prepare a simple order to save its life. My last 3 times in the employees have been rude, and they have messed up my order. No way to get refunds or any sort of customer service outside of waiting over 30 minutes on the phone. For which they didn't even offer a refund, just a free item for my next visit. Literally criminal to take my money and refuse to give me what I paid for. If you want a great way to throw away 20 bucks andwhat little free time you have, look no further.
Tried going through the drive through only to find a car reversed in the entrance with no sign or explanation. Ok fine I'll just go inside right? I go inside with only 2 people in line in front of me, they order to go just like me. I go wait where I was told to pick up my order and watch the 2 people in front of me get their name called to pick up the 2 go order they ordered right before me. I stand there for 20 more min waiting for them to call my name. Finally I ask about my order and they say o come over here it's on the to go order rack. So they just gave the to go orders in front of me to them in the area where I was told to wait but not me? Is it because I didn't leave a tip? So now I get to go home and eat a cold SOGGY sandwich and my wife's pizza is cold and rock solid.
I thought grilled cheese sandwich meant the bread was 'grilled'. Not what I got, but the cheese looked grilled. Even the picture on the menu shows the bread grilled; yet my sandwich had very nice, soft, white bread, but not grilled.
Disgusting. Ordered from DoorDash. Had a fruit cup that cost over $4 and all it had was pineapple. Had a banana that looks like it was thrown around before put in the bag and green then I didn’t get what I ordered. I wanted Mac and cheese and got soup instead. Thanks for screwing it up. ?

We got the group Mac and Cheese. It was very tasty, I would give that 5 stars but the portion was pretty small for the price. Other places give much more for the same price, we just wanted to give Panera a try. (The photo has a double order)
Blandest pizza I’ve ever tasted. Nothing to spice it up with. Bring Your Own Bottle of spicy stuff. Taking this skimpy overpriced pizza home and feeding it to the non-humans better fit for its consumption.
Not sure what Panera is doing anymore. Used to be top notch. Never messed up an order, always super friendly and food was amazing. Last 5 or 6 visits now, the cashier barely said 2 words, last visit they just stuck the bag of food out the window, no thanks, no have a good day notta.. Mac n cheese taste terrible now. I Feel like they freeze it and ship it from somewhere else, made at factory now instead of fresh and real cheese like it used to be. A lot of older items gone off menu that were staples my family loved. Tried to give you guys several more chances. But Panera has gone the way of a terrible fast food joint. Cheap food they charge even more for now, without the quality or customer care, they used to show. Will not be going here any longer.
First off, let me say that I rarely write a bad review. If I'm not happy with something or someplace I just don't write a review. However, we have tried in the last few months to get two bread bowls. Just two bread bowls. Not a complicated order. No substitutions. Just two bread bowls. And four out of four tries, they have failed to deliver. There is no denying that their soup is really good, but this particular store is not worth the aggravation. I would definitely recommend going to another Panera. When I tried this last time to call and let them know that they messed it up, yet again, I was on hold for quite a while and then disconnected. So disappointing.
On 11/20/21 I tried to use a gift card that had multiple bussiness choices on it. The cashier tried to run several times but said it must not be activated. I went to Cheesecake Factory yesterday and told the cashier what happened at Panera. Another person standing by said make sure you run as a credit card. It worked! Everything else was great, enjoyed the afternoon with my Grandsons.
