You should not offer the food drive up if no one is going to come and give you your food. Twice I had to go into the restaurant to get my food after 10 minutes of waiting. Definitely do not think it's fair that I tipped to have them bring me out my food and they didn't.
So second time we got lunch for the office from here in the last couple of months. This time was even worse than the last, the produce in the salads is disgusting and not fresh at all, threw most of mine away. I thought my sandwich was okay, but I know other people threw theirs away after a few bites. So bad you can't even finish. Never again.
I am usually a big fan of Panera but this visit was disappointing. My chicken salad sandwich had the tiniest little dollop of salad. There was as much tomato as salad. But the worst part was the chicken and rice soup was only warm and began to thin out almost immediately. I l left almost half behind. Probably will move over to Jason's Deli for a while.
I was disappointed today but won’t hold it against them yet. Food was prepared quick for not quality. Half the normal sandwich fill.It is quick and easy to order on the kiosk and baked items never disappoint.
Once again had a Doordash delivery issue where Doordash just left my order on someones driveway because driver was lazy to use different app to look up, Called the store and talked to Kitying Kan who went above and beyond to take care of the situation. Thanks again Katy
So kind, so patient so willing to help and as always the best food ever! I was able to sit in the back corner spot with excellent internet service and relax, UNDISTURBED, catching up on animal videos for an hour! it was like being in Heaven on Earth only not quite, missing a beach with the sound of waves in the background, crashing against the sandy shore..but other than that it was reeealeee close!
The perfect lunch stop on a road trip. We ordered from a kiosk and food for all three of us was ready in 5 minutes. The only hiccup was that our two salads didn’t have dressing included, but that was easily remedied. Everything was fresh and tasty.
Hair in my gf's salad. One of the employees was running around with a vaccum for the 15-20 minutes we were here he made 3 passes by our table in the time. Otherwise average panera experience.
Their quality has gone down hill. I ordered 1/2 sandwich to go Turkey Avocado BLT. When I got my sandwich back to my building I had NO avocado, bread hard, and Turkey was COLD hard balls. DISAPPOINTED.
Had a complicated on-line order. Isiah and his team were amazing. He was patient and incredibly kind, made sure the order was correct. I was later told the food was perfect. All your hard work is greatly appreciated.
