It was delicious ? especially the strawberry lemonade
First time ever eating at a Panera Bread. The staff was attentive to our questions and the food was great. We were with a church group 13 in all 8 children and 5 adults every one of us left there full and satisfied
We've eaten at this Panera location several times and never had any issues. I typically order online, but eat our pickup order in the restaurant or on the patio. They usually get the order perfect- including things like extra croutons, which other locations forget. A manager often stops by to check and make sure everything is going well.
We ordered a family pack for delivery our steak and cheese sandwich hardly had any meat on it. It was delivered but was never told so our food was cold. This was my first experience with this business and sad to say it was not a good one. $50 and the only thing I was pleased with was the soup it was fabulous. But the bread was also rock hard and only got a half of a salad. Extremely disappointed
I arrived to pick up my order ~15 minutes early because the restaurant was on my way home from the gym. I anticipated waiting inside for a bit, which was not a problem. However, an older Hispanic gentleman (think I overheard that his name might be Alex?) promptly greeted me and asked if my food had been prepared yet. Hearing that I was early, he was kind enough to ask the cooks behind the counter to push my order through so I didn't have to wait. It was a really kind gesture, and from now on I'll be going to the Panera at this location. Thanks for making my evening a little better!
Does this look like a steak and cheddar sandwich? Quick hint, if you use the corporate provided stickers you might not screw up orders for $7 sandwiches, haha. This is the second order in a row they’ve messed up like this, and they weren’t busy either time. The people behind the counter are just too busy chatting about personal stuff, which has its place, but they really need to take care of their orders 1st.
Love the service, love the food, love the atmosphere. It's always a joy going in or taking someone who's never been there. It's one of my favorite lunch places. I highly recommend their soups and cold brew mocha coffee!
Terrible Experience came to pick up and order and aI came to the counter and usually they have the order on the counter so I looked for it. A distraught employee said all you had to do was ask in a sarcastic way. Maybe she's mad cause she had to work on New Years day nonetheless never again. Panera keep that attitude over there! Totally unacceptable! I'll never go there again.

Stopped in to pick up something quick on a Sunday. It was easy. Great place to pick up croissants which were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
