Woooooow. Idgaf if you’re giving me bad lettuce in my sandwich. you’re giving me more then most of the other Paneras. Seriously I ordered a sandwich and got a huge one that lasted me two meals! Not only was it huge but it was delicious. Usually my breads all soggy but this sandwich lasted over night with no soggy mess. This is one of the best Paneras Iv been too & it’s down the road from me. The lettuce salad was not soggy or brown btw
Seriously? You’re supposed to throw away bad lettuce not feed it to customers. I just went through the drive thru. Whoever is working tonight IS NOT actually working. While this is maybe my 5th time coming here, it’s also also the 5th time they’ve made mistakes. My bf had a completely different sandwich from the one he ordered. Not worth going back to get this order fixed and I’m done ever coming back. Get it together.I guess I’ll go ahead and add the other mistake- it’s a turkey AVOCADO blt. Where’s the avocado? Not on my sandwich. Thankfully they didn’t add tomato. I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s moldy so they chose not to.
Great quality food from sandwiches to soup. It is vegan friendly and on the other end has amazing meaty sandwiches. My favorite is the souls they have many options and they all taste great and the staff is always friendly.
Panera is great food no matter what state you're in! The service is spot on, definitely "customer service oriented" and a place we go to eat to feel better when we're feeling a little down, a place to go for flavor, for good fresh ingredients and all kinds of options for your meal selections as well as treats and fresh breads to take home! Never have I ever had any, even slightly less than quality food or service!!
Typically very good consistency with food and order accuracy! Occasional mistakes but that happens. Food is always pretty good. Could stand to be not so overpriced on everything.
Ned was great. He welcomed us courteously, assisted us patiently with all our questions. The food was great, pleasant atmosphere.
I had a half turkey sandwich with french onion soup, it was very delicious. I've eaten there often in the past. I'm never disappointed.
The food was delicious! Definitely going back. The floors were dirty and some of the tables as well. But the employees were very nice.
2 small bowls of can soup that cost 20 buck was not what I was told I be picking up. Bread was okay but soup was very lacking. Never again!!!
Lol I had the most frustrating experience with this Panera. I ordered breakfast and lunch through doordash and when it arrived only my lunch was in there. I called them and they said they were out of the breakfast item I ordered. So I asked why they didn’t reach out to ask me to modify the item or refund the money and they said they don’t do that. They offered to send me a new item. I said sure so I ordered a chipotle chicken wrap. They stated it would be there in an hour. In an hour a BRIOCHE BACON AND EGG SHOWED UP. I literally don’t understand how it got messed up again. But do not buy from here save yourself the hassle. They can’t get simple orders right.
