We were going to Longhorn for my moms birthday (7 people) and it was going to be an HOUR LONG WAIT. We decided to go to Outback instead (it was our 2nd option), and they got us in TEN MINUTES. Our server (I think he was named Darrel? I feel bad I forgot!) was INCREDIBLE. He kept checking on us throughout the meal, kept our drinks filled, and brought my mom an ice cream sundae for her birthday. Even the manager of the restaurant would check in on us. It was a WONDERFUL experience, and all of our food was so delicious. All in all a magnificent meal, and a reminder to us all why we love going to Outback. Thank you!
Outback has redeemed itself! It had been years since we ate at outback, it just was not the same anymore in comparison to when it first opened. Tonight, I was craving coconut shrimp. I tried to order from another restaurant, but they were out of the sauce. Reluctantly, I decided to order from Outback. I'm so glad I did! I can't say enough good things about our order. Large portions and very tasty... my entire family raved about their meals! The old Outback, is back!
Service poor to fair, had to ask for plates for the appetizers, was asked if I wanted a drink refill I said yes but had to ask for it because they never brought it. Food was good for the most part except for several of the prime rib dinners to be fair the traditional were done perfectly but the aussie styles weren't. They were supposed to be rare to medium rare and were almost well done. The kitchen manager came to the table and decided to argue whether it was medium rare or well done. He finally re-did the order. For the main part it was enjoyable but it will be awhile before we go back especially for the prime rib.
Food and service was FANTASTIC!! Beer was cold! Price was good! The only complaint was the employee that evidently loves to hear himself talk. Don’t know what his name is. He wears glasses and has a 14 year old son who plays baseball and his wife was making stuffed sopaillas so that meant he didn’t have to grill chicken… oh he was very concerned about his grass… jeez! I couldn’t even hear my husband at times. That was so unnecessary and rude. I was so happy when he ANNOUNCED that he was leaving but again again worried about his grass…
Took my mother out for her Birthday and she loved it. Our waitress was outstanding and service was all around excellent. One downside is that they don't sing Happy Birthday like other places but they still offer a good dessert.
Food was excellent. To be honest service lately has been not very well across the board eating out post pandemic. But the young man who was our waiter was so awesome! He was attentive and very kind. Our food came fast and was really great. It was a great experience.
Gave Outback a 4 star. They’ve done away with all their specials and happy hour promos which is a bummer. We used to eat here 4-5 times per month, now it’s a couple times per year. My steak was cooked rare (ordered medium) but it wasn’t worth the hassle of sending it back. Spent $70 plus tip for dinner. Salad was good. Coconut shrimp ? was good but there’s better steaks out there for much more reasonable pricing.
Honesty, we like to go for the appetizers! We love the blooming onions so much. I love the little touches they have from down under like how the bathrooms are labeled for Shielas and Blokes. Very delicious, great service, definitely will come back
Waiting to be sat for 20 min. for 2 people was told the wait was an hour and then 2 people walk in and were sat right away!! Then order a strawberry lemonade finish it wait for our waitress to bring another 15 minutes pass and no refill so we ask for one and we're told no refill on those (non alcoholic) drinks, so make sure you ask if your drinks are refillable before you order!! Food was good.
Arrived around between 5:15 and 5:30 for dinner and seating was immediate. Our server, Santiana, was very prompt and attentive. Food was cooked to our preference and very delicious. Definitely will be going back.
