Curbside is so helpful for our disabled community. Regardless of covid. The pork chops are great, but they kept forgetting sides. Curbside help is great, and friendly, just can't get that 5th star the kitchen is a bit irregular for me. Can't rely on it.
Sadly like most restaurants they are dealing with a lack of employees. Having said that I was there with a friend and we were catching up so we didn't mind waiting as long as we had to for appetizers and food the waitress we had even though she was really busy I really wish I remembered her name did really good at making sure our drinks didn't go empty and that was amazing.Food is always so good here I had the steak and shrimp with a salad and the creamed spinach I absolutely love their creamed spinach.Only giving four stars because if you had something to do or you were on a time crunch this would not be the place for you right now patience and time is required
Horrible!!! The blooming onion had uncooked batter at the bottom. We ordered medium prime rib. This was what we got! The meat was over cooked on the grill and tasted rotten but I was afraid to send it back. (Who knows what I would have gotten?) A terrible experience but the server was nice.
It was a good place to go eat the stuff was really nice. Our waitress was the manager Taylor and it took a long time for her to get us our food because we had a big party plus it was mother's Day took a little bit longer than normal. But she was kind enough to give us free desserts and also give us a discount for appetizers on our next visit. Taylor went way above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and okay with the long wait. She was also very attentive to our needs. Even when they brought out the wrong steak cooked to my mom she made sure that she got the right one that she wanted. I appreciate Taylor very much and say thank you to her for her kindness and her patience with us.
We went here last night around 6:50 didnt get our appetizer until almost 7:30. We then ordered and our salads came out at 8:15! Still no meal at which point we waited another 15 min before asking if we could just pay for what we had and cancel the entrees. I stated I was super pregnant and very hungry so we were just going to go in a drive thru for quick service. The manager seemed polite and wanted to comp the meal! We stated it wasnt about the money but about time and he said only 4 more minutes so we waited. When he brung my plate he turned it several times before setting it down but I had already see the ONE shiny spot on the side in comparison to the rest of the dull potatoes. Once he walked away i assessed and could clearly see the bubbles. We didnt bother to complain again and tell them we could see the literal spit in my food we just left since the order was comped and will NEVER be returning. Would give 0/5 if i could.
We went at the beginning of the month and my prime rib was amazing we were so satisfied but tonight we went and my prime rib was awful ? my boyfriend didn’t eat half of his and neither did I. My Mac and cheese was so good last time and this time it was filled with pepper. Our steaks were brought out they were so hard and looked terrible on top of that we had to wait for our sides. I seen 3 tables send their food back and honestly i wanted to do the same but I didn’t want to add work on the waitress.
We were seated right away at 6:30 on Saturday, which was awesome. Steak was cooked perfect, ribs were tasty, and my sides (fries and salad) were delicious. Our server, McKenzie (sorry if I'm butchering the spelling) was great and put up with my friend's stupid jokes with a polite smile. Will definitely return soon. 5/5
Got in line at 5:20, Sat down at 5:50PM.Got Food at 6:50. During this time had to switch drinks twice due to no flavor since they switched out the syrup. After recieving foor took bite out of cheesburger and it was not cooked well done steak was not medium well. The offered to finish cooking I said ok only to have cheeseburger microwaved the rest of the way. The night was terrible. The only good part was manager comped the burger and steak but still would have rather had a good night.
Service was okay but the food was not worth the money. It took over an hour for the food to come out. The salad was missing several ingredients and had to be remade. The onion was burnt and very small. The steak was cooked very unevenly with 1 side almost rare and the other side medium well. They forgot to let us know that they ran out of potato soup and after we called the manager over, she asked if we would like to substitute for another kind.I understand how only having 2 cooks can create issues, but for the price we pay, we would expect better.
I should start by saying I am a chef and was looking for a place to eat with my sister and mom we also moved here from Florida so outback was always a great place for good food and making people feel satisfied. However this place had like seven tables, we had waited about an hour or more for our food that normally doesn't take that long. Sister ordered a medium steak which takes about 5-7 minutes depending on how you cook it, the steak came out well done, kept watching the "bartender" complain about getting tables lol if you don't wanna be a bartender you should've been a dishwasher. About four servers walked pass my table and not one took the empty dishes off the table, Mom got a chicken dish and it was dry, my rib sandwich looks like it was sitting there for like 20 minutes it also came with a side a grease with onions in it. I do wanna thank what I believe was a manager who comp my sister meal only if the staff was like him maybe that place will be better but I will not be coming back. I normally don't complain about places but this has to be the worst "restaurant" I've been to here in New Mexico.
