The food is really good. However, the Governor removed the mask mandate and they are still requiring customers to wear a mask. I walked in without a mask and one of the girls behind the counter handed me a mask and asked me to put it on. The issue with this is that the cooks who are touching our food are not wearing mask? Rules for you but not for me! Unfortunately, I won’t be eating here again unless the mask requirement is removed for everyone.
I’ve never made a restaurant rating before, but for some reason my experience here inspired me to. The service and experience was great. Fantastic interior decoration and art. However, the ramen was less than satisfactory. With the price of eating out going up, it’s really heartbreaking when the food isn’t good. My ramen tasted like water. The broth was unseasoned and tasteless. It was like a bowl of noodles, well cooked vegetables submerged in water. I have made soup with canned goods with better flavor. I hope the quality improves in the future.
Pecan Ramen was delicious. Noodles, broth, tofu, egg, and veggies were all amazing. Service was great. I even got the chance to embarrass myself with chopsticks before switching back to a fork.
The ribs and noodles were delicious. Spicy edamame had just the right level of heat. Friendly staff. We’ll definitely be back.

Was in town for a weekend and a friend took me here. I can say that this is one of the best ramen spots I’ve ever been too. The pecan ramen is amazing. Wish they had something like this where I’m from. The sake in a juice box is also pretty great.
Delicious food and quick service even though they were busy. I got the vegan steamed dumplings and the garlic chili noodles, omit the egg for the noodles to be vegan (the same goes for their pecan ramen as well). It's a cool vibe with awesome artwork, vinyls, and merch for sale. They have a bar as well. The food is a bit more expensive than the similar places around town but they source mostly local ingredients and you can taste it in the quality of the food.
I’m hooked!! Tried the Green Chile Ramen and it was killer!!!! Sake juice box’s are also a plus!!
My wife and I swung by here when we were in town. One of the best noodles I've ever had. The service was also really good.
