Food was great and our server Monica was very nice. Pleasant dining experience. Had the Lasagna Classico and my mom had the soup and salad.
This is only my 2nd time at an Olive Garden in my 33 years. The first time was over 5 years ago and it was an awful experience. However this was a great dinner I had and will be returning. The food was amazing and the staff was friendly. I tried all the soups and the house salad.
This location is notoriously busy, so get there early if you don't want an hour wait. Usually food is good, but the service is not always. Our waiter seemed bothered that we asked for to go containers and even handed them off to us with attitude. I ordered the salmon - I wouldn't if I were you. The piece of salmon was very small and I had half a plate of frozen broccoli. For $20 it was awful. At our table we also had the tortellini and the shrimp Alfredo. Both were good. The food is a hit or miss as you would expect from a chain, but lately it's more miss than anything. Too much frozen food, too prepackaged taste and texture, and too poor a customer service to want to go back. We spent about $35 per person for entrees, one appetizer, drinks, and a dessert. Not awful, but this place is losing quality and service to the point that it's getting overpriced for what you get.
When we arrived, hostess took our # to text when a table would be available. Said 30/35 min. We waited 40 minutes and came in to check our status. The hostess was rude as we verified our number. She typed it in wrong and said it would be another 25 min. I asked to speak to the general manager and told him that I wanted to suggest that when the hostess takes a number that she repeats it to verify it because we waited 40 minutes and then she told us (with snobbish attitude) that we had to wait another 25 min.The manager said, no you’re the next table, we’ll seat you now. And said she is supposed to repeat the number and apologized. And offered a free appetizer or dessert. Turned everything around. Great management, poor hostess. Our waitress was the best.
Went here for the first time in years and I was pleasantly surprised. I went there during prom season and was told it was a 45 minute wait, but was seated in about 15 minutes. All of the staff who helped us were so kind, and I appreciate the patience out server had when we had a tiny issue with payment afterwards.I took a chance on the Chicken and Gnocchi soup for my side dish and I would highly recommend it. It reminded me of my mother's cooking in a way. The only thing I would complain about is the portion sizes being too large, but I suppose that is a matter of preference. Reminder: They do not serve lunch-sized items at dinner time.
You know what you are going to get at Olive Garden, even when you are in a new place. We had a great lunch, and a nice atmosphere. Our server was fun and nice. She said it was only her third day, so she was a bit nervous, but she did great on drink refills and kept the breadsticks coming. Our food was quick, hot and tasted great. My wife loves their alfredo.
Chicken parm was a little overcooked. But it was an enjoyable lunch at a good price.
Service and food was great! 1st time we come to this location. Food was tasty and HOT...like freshly cooked HOT and that made it even tastier. Restaurant is very clean with nice layout and decor.
Wonderful service depending on your server and hostess. Food was ABSOLUTELY great. I didn't plan on getting another plate, but it was that good. I even took food home.
I use to go here back in 2015, things seemed to be up to par. Now I wanted to treat my friends to a meal this evening. Since then service and everything has gone to a low. My friends and I had to wait and ask for our soups, sure we went for never ending on a Monday night. Seemed like we had to wait for something already prepared. First, our waiter brings me a salad in a stupid plastic container, because of eating for one. Second, my friend had to ask for our soup, then the waiter responded with "are you ready for the soup"? Of course it's suppose to come with salad. Third, try to over charge our orders. Last, put one scoop of soup for to go. The salad was old, use iceberg cheap lettuce. Actually the finally is my change was supposed to be $2.90, and he gave me $3.00. Sorry no tip. Not going back.
