Service was very quick and our waitress was the best. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and had great suggestions. Our meals arrived at perfect timing as we finished our salads the main course arrived. The waitress was always there when needed but never overwhelming with her presence. Fantastic visit.
Excellent food and service! I always eat a bit more than I should, because it is just SO GOOD! Portions are enough that we take plenty home for lunch the next day! Zuppa Toscana and their Alfredo dishes are my go to! I truly believe it doesn't get any better than this.
Our server, Denise, was great! We were seated in an area that apparently did not have a waitress but she came to the rescue. Our drinks and foods arrived quickly, salad crisp, soup was good and hot. Thank you for great service.
Went for lunch. Love their lunch menu with smaller portions that are just right in the middle of the day. I had the salad, soup, & breadsticks. Their chicken & gnocchi soup was just right for me because it wasn't spicy and the broth was so tasty! The dining area was clean and the staff was very nice. Reasonably priced with lunch for two at less than $20. We just wanted some water with our meal so if you prefer other stuff to drink, the cost is going to be more, of course. I will definitely go again.
Great service...Hot, quick food at a quality level.Until today..Plenty of open tables..yet...We wait...why??Who knows.Apparently if it's a Friday night...find a different place
The server was really nice. The food on the other hand was not. My wife had to send some food back because it didn't taste right. We got a full refund for it and she got something else that she liked even better.
I had not been to Olive Garden in a few years. We decided to get food there for my daughter's birthday. I called early because I thought it would take a long time. It did not take a long while. The person that took my order was so pleasant. I called because I wanted no onions in the salad and also no garlic salt on the bread. The person that brought out the order was so nice. The order was perfect and the food was so good. I had eggplant parmeson. So good. I want to go back.
Great Service and compared to about 3 years ago, the food is par excellence in flavor and quantity. The dessert selection and alcohol selection is really good. The bread is delicious and served hot. Highly recommended Olive Garden near Juan Tabo and I-40.
Would definitely NOT recommend going to this Olive Garden. I went to eat, order a lot of food and was there around 7 tonight, 1-30-22. The service was not good and they where rushing to close early for a game. I was done eating, paid, and walked out of the restaurant not even a second after walking out of the door a server that was not mine ran outside and yelled at a couple in the parking lot that they forgot their phone. I then realized I did not have my phone and ran inside to get it from the booth. My phone was gone and the guests next to me said the server gave my phone away to someone. I confirmed with my server, the server that gave it away and the manager that they had given my phone to a random person and they left immediately after. My food was not good, the service was not good, and I waited a while to get it even though there was more workers then customers in the restaurant. Then the second I leave the building a random server gives away my phone to a random person. They where rushing to close and swept a table that was not theirs to get people out. That was a high valued person belonging that should have been picked up by the server serving that table and put in a secure place so the correct customer can be identified and it can be given back. It was extremely unprofessional and I was told that the general manager would not be called because it was her day off. Having to deal with this extremely in convinced me and could have been avoided with proper training. I still do not have my phone and am waiting for the other customer to hopefully be a good person and give the phone back. I was not offered any type of compensation or resolution other then this person giving me my phone back. Victor, Bell, and Dominic are the Olive Garden employees that participated in tonight's event.
Best Italian food and service for dinner had a great birthday dinner
