Will never go back there, and I have been going there for 14 years! Waitstaff messed up my order, would not bring me my change, and when I complained I was told I was being rude. Really??
Came in for date night. Food is awful. Salad was wilted, croutons stale. The steak.. ugh. I can't say more, just awful.
In there for the first time, ask to have a drink made Bailey's and coffee ended up waiting over 10 15 minutes paid and then left
we were there beginning of December. we ordered food and never got it. I was told my card wouldn't be charged and it was. I asked for a refund and was told they couldn't reverse charges. I then spent 3 weeks fighting to get money back. I then went and talked to Harry who is the manager. he gave me a bunch of grief, even called me a liar and was rude and very disrespectful to me. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, unless you like to be treated rudely and disrespectful. Harry was the rudest of them all. he was more interested in trying to pick up the girls that were sitting at the bar. I had to also look up my bank account and show them I had actually been there even though that was already confirmed.
Underrated bar on nob hill. The exterior of the building is unique.
Bouncers are super corrupt. Won’t let you upstairs, waited over 2 hours and still kept saying we are not up. Said for 50 a person cash they would let us. Also ran out of beer, sweet and sour, and glasses. Sad how this place has gotten. No wonder Nob Is dying.
I think i lost my wallet here.. but i still love the place!Never tried the food but the bar tenders can make anything you want.
Always been a pretty cool hangout spot to have drinks. The food is not too bad
customer service is horrible
Fantastic ribs, margaritas and waitstaff. Ptails jams on Wednesday nights are a blast.
