From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a smile and friendly server. She took our drink orders and brought them right away. We decided on the club sandwich, which was delicious, with plenty of meat and veggies. I had mine on rye and my sister had wheat bread. The fries were coated and were cooked just right. Although, it seemed we got the bottom of the bag because they were smaller pieces, they still tasted great. The server was always attentive and professional, so we felt very pleased we went to Milly's. The two cooks there were excellent and definitely deserve recognition as well. We would recommend Milly's to anyone who wants a great meal, good service and decent prices. It gets busy so don't go around lunch time
Great place with delicious food featuring some great New Mexican dishes as well. When we visit Albuquerque, this restaurant has now become our favorite diner for breakfast. It is very well run and efficient. It's a thing of beauty to see the staff work so well together. Kudos to kitchen staff who not only miraculously keep up with the fast paced large indoor dining room but also with a plethora of to-go orders. Food is always good and delivered while it's hot. Waitstaff are nice and on top of coffee and water refills. This past work trip last week I visited Milly's 3 times, that's how good it is.
Service is great. Food is typical.Just note if you haven’t been here: seat yourself in any empty table you find. The server will take your food and drinks order and give you a bill to pay once your food is out. You will pay with the register up front.I personally like this system because it is efficient which makes their service really fast and convenient. If you are the person who wants to interact more with your server and have everything brought to you, then this place is not for you.We ordered the coffee, eggs benedicts and carne adovada breakfast plate. They are both okay. Tasty but nothing special. Coffee never run out which is extremely great! Doesn’t matter if it was the server assigned to you. If someone passes by and sees your coffee half empty, they will ask you if you want a refill and they will refill it right away.
I dined here over the weekend with my father and the food was okay but the service absolutely sucked. An older man sat next to us and ordered his food after we already placed our order and he was still able to eat his whole meal and pay before we even got our plates! The food that was brought out was completely different from what I ordered. Meanwhile my dad took a bite of his steak and eggs and it was completely cold! I got the Milly's breakfast and the bacon was too crispy almost like charcoal. I'm not sure if I will be back.
Wonderful busy restaurant that has a very large menu to choose from. I had the "Veggie Omelet that came with choice of hash browns or fries. Comes with your choice of type of toast you would like. The food was delicious and the omelet had fresh vegetables throughout it and topped with cheese and big slices of avocado. Service was fast, great and very friendly. So many wonderful items on menu I will have to go back and try another item. Sorry forgot to take pictures!!
Very good service, Food was Amazing! I had the Breakfast Enchiladas Christmas. They add bacon in the enchiladas, with over easy eggs on top. So good!! My son had the biscuits and gravy hash browns. He enjoyed too.
I was looking forward to eating at Milly’s after reading reviews & an interesting menu. Everything then began to decline.After placing my order several other diners who had arrived after me were attended to & promptly served. After further delay I asked a server to check on my order. Finally my food arrived; cold. The N.Y. strip steak was cooked well done even after I clearly specified medium rare more on the red side.I brought this to the attention of the server who returned the plate to the cook’s counter. After another delay I observed the plate still sitting there.Finally my great patience reached its limit & I felt no other recourse but to walk out with an unpaid check. Never have I done this before. I did call and spoke with Jeremy the Manager and explained my very frustrating experience emphasizing the TERRIBLE customer service. He offered an apology with his understanding of my experience.
The food was great. The chili and enchiladas were very tasteful. Did to take a little time to get our food after ordering that that was because we went during the Sunday brunch rush.
Great food and great service. Awesome but busy ambiance and a quaint little setup.Got the banana pecan pancakes which were a-ma-zinnnnng along with their breakfast quesadillas.You get a decent quantity for the price.
