Came in at opening (10:30) on Sunday 5/1. None of the chairs were taken off of the tables, and the place was DIRTY! It was clear that the closing and opening duties were not done. The garbages were full in the bathroom, toilet paper on the floor and sink, napkins under tables, and none of the tables were clean. I had to ask for our table to be wiped down because there was dried, sticky soda on our table. I understand we have supply chain issues, but both the Coke and Dr. Pepper were out. In addition, the dividers next to the booths were filthy. The only thing that was pleasant about my visit was our food. If I were the owner I would want to know that my business was not being taken care of.
Food was good but service is awful. The girl working the to go counter was telling every single person that walked in that they had a “30-45 minute wait.” We still ordered and received our food in 14 minutes. My husbands sandwich didn’t have bacon (which it comes with) and he asked for some bacon and she stated they were out and turned around and told the other employee “it’s just bacon.” We watched her turn away probably 25 customers. Not someone I would want working for my establishment
Worst manager "Nori" I have ever experienced. Did not get part of my order and was never told we would not get it. Paid for it. Didn't know til we got home and were short one dinner. His response..."my bad". When I asked for the general managers name he refused to tell me. Also the 2 other dinners we ordered had errors. I called the number I found online to express my dissatisfaction and someone called back the next morning. He was very nice and concerned. He refunded my order which was nice, But that doesn't fix the service!Sad to say that the original dinner that I did not get was supposed to be refunded. It was not. So I paid for something I did not get. Then the territory manager called me and said he refunded the entire order. So far, he did not.Negative stars!
I always eat here and order the McAlisters's Deli and today they didn't make it the same. No sweetness and sauce. ? and I payed for this. Plus it isn't cut like it used be. They got lazy. Finally, had to go out of my way to get it replace. So much better but took time out of my day. Double check ur sandwich before leaving.
We used to love going to McAlister’s. No more. Out turkey and potato salad. Service is slow. Kept delivering wrong orders to tables. I got my order but had to wait 20 minutes for my friends. Meat in sandwich was skimpy and roll was small. My friends bread was burnt. Will not be back.
Don't think I'll be coming back anytime soon. Just now we stood at the counter for at least 8 minutes waiting to order. Staff just ignored us even though they all looked at us several times. They only seemed to pay attention after I said that I wasn't waiting anymore, and they just watched us walk out, didn't say a thing.
I always get online orders here and pick them up. This is now the 4th time that I order a salad and they forgot to put chicken. I understand once or twice but at this point it’s just not okay. And you tell them but they don’t do much to make up for the mistake and to be searching through your food every time to make sure everything is there is just an unnecessary hassle.
This place is straight trash. Got an avocado BLT with a side cucumber and tomato salad. Bread wasnt toasted well, bacon was under cooked, barely any lettuce, one slice of tomato and the most pathetically small portion of avocado. Mmm delicious sandwich of mush. The tomato and cucumber salad had literally one piece of tomato and a bunch of red onion thatd gone bad. Im mad I spent money on this garbage.
We used to love going to McAlister's. However, before the pandemic the service and quality of food changed. Now we only order take out from there when my kids really insist on it. The last three times we've ordered from McAlister's my order is wrong. For example, last night I ordered a four cheese griller. Once we got home, I discovered my sandwich was not only smaller than my kids' "kids" sized sandwich, it had one piece of cheese and was harder than a rock...like it had been sitting in the restaurant all day. It was not edible, disgusting and I had to throw it away. The service is terrible, the orders are wrong, the food is gross and the restaurant is dirty. We're not going back there any more.
Ordered takeout last night and my sandwich was made wrong. My chili was watered down and my spouse's soup was also watery. It really sucks because McAlister's used to be so good but lately their quality has gone way down.
