I attended at the Paseo Del Norte location yesterday afternoon and had a gentleman named Ruben be my server. Not only did I have great service but he took the time out of his day to talk to me because I was eating alone. 5/5 Great food and excellent customer service, I'll be coming back!
Amazing food and always comes with smiles from the staff!?
Great family setting here at Mario’s . You just get that mom and pop locally owned cozy vibe as soon as you walk in the door . Staff was really attentive to all our needs as we are a family of seven. The food is absolutely fabulous! If your looking for great Italian this is the place you want to be .
I found this place by accident, just was in the area...what an awesome accident!Great food (pizzas as large as the tables, manicotti, etc.) with a HUGE selection and friendly staff.Since finding this place, I can't seem to stay away, if you're in the area and have a pulse, stop by and try it
Lifesavers! I ordered online for 5 PM and at 3:45, found out I needed it at 4. Called them and they were able to have it ready at 4:15. Disaster averted!Truly massive giant pizza. Great Cobb salad, too!
The delightful aroma of Italian home cooking wraps you like your Grandma's hug as soon as you enter. Food is prepared with love and quality ingredients and it never disappoints. The service was friendly and responsive. Prices are very reasonable.... An all around winner!
Day staff are very kind and make you feel welcomed. That being said, food and service is on point. Great place and time to go. My struggle is choosing Pizza or Lasagna ? ?
The ONLY pizza place that offers green olives & green olives are a pizza topping must! The thin crust well done is super yummy! A large create your own pizza w/6 toppings runs bout 30$.
So terribly disappointed. The location on Menaul is our go to location. Love the carrot cake. We called at 7pm from the parking lot of the movie theater for our dinner. My husband had the call through the Bluetooth in the car, so I could hear the entire conversation. It took a while to answer. She answered "Mario's, can you hold?" Before my husband could answer, music comes on. When she gets back on, he asks what were the specials, because we know they have daily specials written up on the board each day that aren't on the online menu. She said there were none. So hr asks if they have the lobster raviolis. She said "oh we have fish & chips and baked ziti if that's what you mean." Rude! Then he asks what soups do they have. "Minestrone and green chili potato." Score, the green chili is my favorite. So he orders the chicken parm sub fettuccine alfredo. She tries to get him to order somehting else, instead of subbing for fettuccine alfredo. With the green chili soup. Build your own pasta with penna pasta, creamy pesto no tomatoes and salad with ranch. Last chicken cacciatore with the green chili soup. And of course a giant slice of the carrot cake. Total, just shy of $65. My husband has worked in food service for over 25 years, he complains the whole ride over and tells me to check the order when I go in to pay. Our food isn't done, so I wait. I notice the board has green chili baked ziti with chicken. Well that sounds tasty, wish I would have known about it. When the food is ready I check... They had stacked my hot soup and the bread on my cold carrot cake. Not a huge deal, but I ask for a bag to separate them. I check the entrees, tomatoes loaded on the pesto penne. I point it out to the manager. He checks the receipt and says it's not noted on the receipt. I tell him my husband had the phone on speaker, he told her no tomatoes. He's says okay, we'll fix it but it will take a little while. Sure, I can wait. Takes about 8 minutes. We are pulling into the driveway and I feel something hot on my lap; wet and very hot. The lid of the soup had cracked and the soup spilled out, through the paper bag and was burning my lap. Get in the house, find that they gave us two minestrone soups (one spilled on my lap), not the green chili. The dinner portion of chicken parm was one tiny, thickly breaded chicken breast. The fettuccine alfredo, was linguine. The pesto penne pasta still had a few tomatoes in it. Apparently they just scrapped off the tomatoes and redressed it. :-( But hey, the carrot cake was good, so one star.
They have the best pasta and pizza in town. Commendable service, too. Plus reasonable prices.
