I do not normally leave bad reviews. I try to be understanding, especially if a business is struggling or understaffed. However my experience at this restaurant was completely terrible. Multiple employees were rude to me, despite my patience. I was told by two individuals (one being a manager) that they were busy and did not have time to help me. I ordered curbside and waited a half hour. After discovering that my food was actually ready, just that they did not care to bring it out to me, I asked for it to be remade. The food had been sitting for far too long. I was willing to wait for the remake. The manager told me he did not know how long my food had been sitting there and didn’t know what I wanted him to do about it. At this point I just asked for a refund. I just wanted to get out of there. He said he would return my money, and did not. I waited another ten minutes and finally asked for a number or email address for the owner so that I could get my money back. FINALLY another manager named Tasha came out and processed my refund. She was actually kind. I wish I had been able to deal with her from the beginning. Other than my refund (which I had to ask two different managers for, nothing was done to remedy this experience. Really disappointing.
every time we go there for dinner very friendly very clean and always the food is excellent would recommend or a friend family anybody coming out of state or town...
Enjoyed the restaurant! Chips and salsa were delicious! Salsa was a bit different than your normal option (bbq based??). Drinks were great and actually reasonably priced compared to other places! Watermelon margarita was amazing! Food came out on time and tasted very nicely! Photo is of the chimichanga! Would recommend for others while in the area!
another review stated the Chili Rellenos were the best. So i was skeptical.Did I want the Indian Taco or the Chili Rellenos?Wait staff said get the Chili Rellenos. IMO, if these were NOT the best I have ever had, it ties for the Best.Get the Chili Rellenos
The food was outstanding. I had cheese enchiladas with green chili. My sister had a bean burrito with red chili. Both chili's were flavorful. We ordered a half order of nachos grande. That came home with us untouched but was definitely something we will eat. I was very satisfied all the way around!
Hadn't been to this location in a long time... The sopapillas were old and dry, food was ok. Tacos had way too much shredded beef. ?
friendly staff, great food and great service! I'm a regular here and recommend it if you've never been. love love love the green chile!
I used to eat here in the 1990s. It seemed about the same in 2022. Authentic Mexican food with great flavors, not crazy spicy, and giant portions. The sopaipillas are mwah! I parking access is a little awkward along Lomas
I had the Indian taco And it may very well be one of the greatest plates I ever had. Very large portions, great to split. I am still full and satisfied. Service was exceptional, the place is clean and pretty. New Favorite???? Perhaps.
Great place! My only drawback is the hot sauce was way too hot. The soppilla was huge and overly delicious. ( there were 2 of us but we were only given one sopa) Los Cuates is one of those places that the natives go and is a great place for someone to explore the real flavors of Mexico. They do serve Guacamole and sour cream with the fajitas which is a rarity in my book. The combination fajitas with the shrimp is not skimpy on the shrimp either. I am excited at the thought of going back and trying everything on the menu.
