You know a place is great when there's a line outside the door before they open and the place is instantly packed but they still have great service and food nonetheless.
Best breakfast place in town, the staff is amazing, very helpful and friendly. Food quality is great and the portions are good. My favorite server is Esmeralda she's the best, always so welcoming and caring. Get there early on a weekend because it fills up quickly and wait times can be long.

We stopped in for a quick bite. The chicken enchiladas were perfect. The green chili was excellent. Everyone cleaned their plate. Not too little and not too much food. This is a family run restaurant, with Mama at the helm. Everyone was smiling and I did not see any unhappy people. Not much conversation when I was there as the food had everyone’s attention. I saw two people ask about a to go order, and the owner took her time to make sure that the details were right to please their palate.I give them a solid five stars.You can buy the green chili in containers to go.
This restaurant is amazing! Local, family owned with great service. I ordered chicken and shrimp fajitas and they are delicious and sold at a fair price. We also got dessert the chimi cheesecake which is deep fried cheesecake and I crave it all the time now! Definitely recommend eating here!

This has to.be hands down the best New Mexico restaurant in Albuquerque! The food is wonderful, staff is awesome, and the prices are reasonable. I've tried many delicious items on the menu but my favorite is the green chili stew! I highly suggest you visit Los Compadres for a enjoyable meal!
We were guided to this restaurant by the staff at the El Vado Motel where we were staying. We ordered online as we wanted to eat in the Tap Room at the motel. The online ordering process was easy and provided all the options. We ordered green chili stew, which was delicious and enough to feed us the next day too. We also enjoyed the chili rellanos platter with double retried beans. We highly recommend this restaurant and will eat here again when we return to Albuquerque.
Very good service from everyone even the busboy who was going to other tables kept our drinks filled and kept us good with chips and salsa so defiently will be coming back 5 star for me
