Came here to treat my parents out for dinner, however after receiving our food, 5 minutes later a cockroach appeared and made it's way onto our table. We flagged down the manager and all he did was come over and kill the cockroach on the table and walked away. Then our waiter came back to our table and said, "our manager will take care of everything."I've always come here many times because the food and environment was up to standards but that was the most disgusting experience ever... The manager didn't even care to show his face and apologize himself nor did they bother to clean the table, nothing. They just let us take the food home and that was that. I recommend not even dining here, especially within the booths. Where we sat was next to the bathroom and kitchen side of the restaurant. But since that incident, we've never gone back.The saddest part is that a week ago, we ate at Red Lobster's and unfortunately my mother's steak was not cooked to what she requested, and the waitress noticed herself. She took it upon herself to offer a new plate for my mother AND the manager stepped out himself and apologized for it, not even necessary but he did and offered anything in return, which we declined because they had already gone above and beyond. THAT is true service.Other than working on how to provide great customer service, your restaurant needs to re-educate yourselves on safety and sanitation pronto.My concern is, I know that I'm going to be spending well over $100-200 for the food here, and to witness a cockroach making it's way onto our table, I'm wondering what is going on within the back of the house. A health inspector should definitely be reached out to.
Second time being here and both times it was a great experience. The wait time was not to long for a busy evening. After being sat down we had service begin promptly with no errors. The new York strip I had received was tender moist and cooked as requested. My girlfriend got plate of ribs which were fall off the bone and also tender and juicy. Everything was good including their draft beer. Will come back again.
So disappointed with my previous experience. I placed an order online, and it allows you to put special accommodations. However, it also says that the restaurant may not honor that. So I called the restaurant and told them my food needed to be bagged separately because my son has a shellfish allergy. The girl I spoke with said she will let Togo know. When I picked up my food, there was only one bag. I asked why weren’t there 2 and she said that they are in separate bags but then put in the same big bag to make it easy to carry. She put the food in my passenger seat. Idk why I left without checking. Maybe because I’ve NEVER had this problem with longhorn steakhouse before!!! I thought they’d do an exceptional job. They put the shrimp in the exact same bag as my sons food!! The containers have little opening and the boxes were all over the place. I could not even risk it!! My sons food was ruined.Not only that I ordered mushroom (one of the best appetizers here) I enjoyed them until the second mushroom. It was so sour!! I spit it out. Didn’t even go back for the rest.. then I try to enjoy my entree and even that was wrong!! WRONG TEMPERATURE!!I will be leaving this review on longhorn steakhouse restaurant. Maybe if I return you will do better for my family. Absolutely TERRIBLE!!
Fresh food. Not too long a wait (4pm Wednesday). Perfect steak temps. Everything seasoned well. Decently priced. Well portioned! I appreciated our server. She was pleasant and attentive.
I actually wrote a three-star review for this place quite a little while ago but just visited it tonight and I have to say, I don't know if I caught him on a bad day back then or maybe I was just having a bad day but this place was absolutely amazing. I'm usually not a big fan of the chain steakhouses but I have to say, the service was absolutely top notch and the food was incredible. I seriously got better service when I do at Ruth's Chris and honestly the food was just as good. The big difference, my last bill at Ruth's Chris was $700 for four of us. Today it was about 200 bucks before the tip. Should you decide to visit this place I hope you get Erica. This young lady was attentive, friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable about the meaning. I asked her to surprise us on a couple of appetizers and I've done this in the past at other places and just got a shrug or the generic "everything's good" answer. Not Erica, she picked out a couple of her favorites and proceeded to tell us how they were prepared and why she liked them so much. You will notice from my reviews I almost never give five stars and I don't believe I've ever given one to a chain. Well in this case if I could do six I almost would and I have to say four of those Stars would belong to gray service the rest is obvious solid management. Keep up the good work y'all!
Kiddos, husband and I stopped here for Lunch and a small birthday bite. The steak was cooked perfect! The kiddos ate all their food as well. Our host was super awesome and made sure we were happy. Went on a Friday afternoon and it wasn't busy at all! We didn't wait for a table, we didn't have to wait super long for our food to arrive. Most definitely well go back.
?Hello,it took 30mins to the server to take our drinks order,another 25 mins to take our food order,ones we were on the table....other people was helped first then us,we were a group of 4 and it took around the same time to receive our food,3 dishes came out,the steaks,I ordered a 7 peppers sirloin salad,and when everyone was almost done with their steaks I get to finally received my salad....I just ask for a box and take it to go???♀️?
My wife and I couldn't spend Valentine's Day together, so we hit this place up the day before. The service was really good with the waiter we had. He was very quick on the spot and eager to please.Our Outlaw ribeye dinners came out perfectly and all the side were just as great!Haven't been here in years and the last time wasn't much to write about, but this time, this time was just perfect.
We had a beautiful dinner here on Christmas Eve and our credit card was being fraudulently used on 12/26. Just be careful with your card information. Our party was affected and this was the only place we were at.
Tender steak fillet, always grilled to perfection.Fresh crisp salad.Draft beer always cold and on special.This trip, waitress was attentive, however didn't feel like she wanted to be there. Younger wait staff were not wearing their face covering correctly.
