The food was great. The service fabulous.
Phenomenal menu, great service!
Great experience best burgers in town
Long waits for way-overpriced burgers and cold fries. They were shockingly overpriced and I do *not* recommend!
Burger was ok to much mustard.. if you want a burger fast this is not the place to come it took 40 min to get our laguna burgers . I mentioned the long wait time to one of the female worke that brought our food out and she said rudely what you see is what you get it was also very cold in side..they seem to be taking care of phone orders more than the customers in the store.theres also alot of trash on the floor the pics of the trash on the floor was there from the time we got here to the time we left .. the employees seem to be over worked and burned-out.. not freindly what so ever no smiles or no thank you from any of them 33.00 for 2 burgers and drinks
Hands down the best shakes we've had at a burger joint in a long time. I got chocolate; my wife, strawberry (with actual strawberries). Next time - if we are ever blessed with a second chance to visit - we'd like to try the Oreo and Reece's options. The main attraction, of course, is the burgers. I got the one with pulled pork. It was pretty good, but the heel of the bun was done in by the weight and the juices. My wife got a simpler custom cheeseburger and quite enjoyed it.Fries were pretty good. They reminded me of the fries you get at In-N-Out, freshly cut, lightly colored, and in need of salt. (An easy fix, as salt and pepper shakers are available at every table.)As for service - the staff was a bit overworked when we arrived, but I was impressed when another worker (I think she normally worked the bar) stepped into the gap to take our order.
A dry and tasteless patty. The green chile was mild and didn't stand out. I wouldn't go out of my way to go here. They also didn't have ice in the machine and the fountain Pepsi is pretty watered down. It was terrible. Not worth spending money for a soft drink.
Hamburger was OK, but did not live up to the hype. Cheap ketchup. Fries were not very tasty. Chicken sandwich not very good. Vanilla milk shake was icy, not creamy and made with strange tasting flavoring. Do not waste time or money. Disappointing!! Hardly tasted greed chili.
Customer service ruins what could be a very good dining experience. Cashiers and waitstaff are unprofessional and treat customers as an inconvenience. You’re not greeted right away and when you are they are rude. Today I waited several minutes just to be acknowledged at the front counter. One staff member shouted to another employee, “you’ve got a customer”. The other employee yells back “I’ve got a customer?! Why aren’t you doing it?!”. He put his gloves on and just stood in front of me, not even greeting me. After confirming my online order and signing my receipt he walks away leaving me to figure out which bag was mine and if my order was ready (it was not). While waiting for my order another server walked up with French fries and says loudly and sarcastically in a mocking tone “a customer would LOVE IT if you would melt their cheese more” as she rolled her eyes and the others laughed. It didn’t matter that I was there and could hear this. Soon after this another employee walked out holding her breasts joking with the other employees. The level of unprofessionalism is appalling and is giving the Laguna Burger franchise a bad name and reputation. The food is delicious but the employees are in dire need of training. I hope mgmt addresses this issue so we can return because we really do like the food and with the increase in food prices, I’d like to be valued as a customer if I’m going to spend my hard earned dollars.
Hearty, well stacked green chili cheese burger. I had the wimpy Laguna burger and it was still too much to eat in one sitting. The fries were fresh and crispy, right out of the fryer. A must try.
