I ordered ahead for pickup on my way to work this morning. All advertisements on order ahead state avoid drive through yet when I arrive the closed the lobby and required a literal 48 minute wait in drive through only to be given the wrong order.... didn't notice until after I left and wasn't allowed to get fixed outside of the drive through line. I saw 6 employees standing around and no reason lobby had to he closed! This is a very poor management decision! He*l even the sign IN the drive through said avoid drive through by ordering online!!!!
Lobby closed sign I the door is so small you can't see it unless you're right at the door. Drivethru is slow. The donuts are gross

It's a Krispy creme. They make the doughnuts here. The staff is excellent always friendly and smiles. Always a pleasure to go in
This was an out of the way stop for a friend. Checked the website & it said drive thru was open until 9:00PM. Tried calling, but got a recording. Got there a little after 7:00 PM and they were closed. Another driver ahead if me thought they were open, too. Oh, well!
As much as I do LOVE Krispy Kreme, they just did not have much of a selection at this place. Although, I did receive a nice, fresh, baked out of the oven, glazed ? which was soooo amazing. I feel they need to place more Krispy Kreme's on the other side of town heading towards highway 550. Thank You for the Delicious ??
It was nice. We were going to order inside but there was vandalism on one of the entrances. So we have to go through the drive-thru the guy working was very kind. I was kind of disappointed due to the fact that the donuts we got were cold and they were starting to dry out but it was still good nonetheless. I hope it gets fixed up soon.
First they had no doughnuts, then they said 30 minutes. We ran an errand and came back, they said still no doughnuts. I asked how much longer and they said the machine was never started.
Spent $30.00 for 2 dozen original glazed doughnuts today & when I asked why they didn't have any blueberry cake or chocolate cake doughnuts anymore, I was told "we don't make the doughnuts from scratch, we only receive what comes from the factory and the factory isn't making those doughnuts anymore." Whoever is making the decisions regarding the types of doughnuts that are being offered needs to know that not everyone likes raised doughnuts and if a consumer is going to pay $15.00 for a dozen doughnuts, there are better choices in the Albuquerque market like Glazed Grinders, Amy's Donuts, or even Dunkin Donuts. These large companies need to realize that now, more than ever, they should do their best to retain their customers, and for what's it worth, this consumer will never purchase Krispy Kreme doughnuts again.
Gods donuts. Good coffee. No more free donuts when you walk in but the donuts are ? always fresh and good. We recommend coming here!
