The banchans were tasty, my family enjoyed particularly the bulgogi and the spicy wings. We were not too impressed with the rib eye, It needed more seasoning. Other than that the service was good and the food delicious.
I went on Saturday and there was no wait but the food was incredible. I also had soju which was so delicious! Their menu was simple and I ordered their recommendations. So much food I would go with a large party to try all the yummy meats.
Very good, can’t wait to come back and try more items on their menu. Worth the price. The restaurant is very clean and the staff is very polite.
I had to come back to change my review because of how badly my family was treated. The food is great but the staff is so rude. To start off with some of the grills don't work. We brought this to the attention of our server and she looked annoyed and told us it happens when it get too hot. She didn't let us finish explaining that it didn't even turn on. We asked to move and she was annoyed and cut me off while I was talking clearly annoyed. She got annoyed when we asked for refills on our drinks and side dishes. Our whole night was ruined because of her terrible attitude. My family is very familiar with Korean bbq and this is by far the worst we have ever been treated.. my parents are older and were excited to try this place But after how we were treated I don't think we will be coming back. You need to teach your staff to be patient, especially to customers who were kind even after being told that we were wrong several times had your server roll her eyes and have a very aggressive tone towards my parents. Management you need to do better this is unacceptable.
In my visit to Albuquerque I was craving some Tteokbokki, so I looked for every Korean restaurant I can find, well I went to The Korean BBQ House, thinking I will be able to get some Korean food classics, well I was wrong. The service, was alright nothing special I got almost no help with the menu, it was confusing cause they have a Japanese menu section, a sushi section, Korean and Korean BBQ, and cause I was by my self I guess I didn’t qualify to be on the grill tables, (I don’t know why, I would pay more if it need it) anyways. The food, it was really good I wish I could’ve some Tteokbokki but I made peace with my self and I got some Japanese food instead, the shrimp tempura was really good, I like the fact they gave me miso soup to start with, my main dish was the Tonkatsu and it was delicious and the curry was the best part of it. I was glad that they have kimchi.Well, if you want some good Japanese food, go to the Korean BBQ house they got you there.
First time here but definitely not the last as the food and service were both very good. The lunch plates are plentiful with a great balance of protein, starch and vegetables. Looking forward to trying many more of their Korean and Japanese offerings.
We used to come to this restaurant in the two prior locations. The prices are typical for good quality sushi/sashimi. We often get their boats/combos as they are cost effective. We do recommend that you plan on taking your time when you come here. If you are in a rush, you may want to try the sushi fast food style restaurant down the street. My daughter's girlfriend is Vegan due to allergies and they have 'Vegetarian Moriwase' and thoroughly enjoyed it.
Amazing, some of the best sushi I have had in the southwest, I love the variety on the menu, not just the typical rolls you see everywhere
Everything was very tasty and the service was great! This was our first experience with Korean BBQ and the server was so helpful, she gave us recommendations on what to combine with the different meats and other tips. We ordered sushi rolls also however they were not as good as we had expected, we could've done without them for sure. Price wise everything was very fair, not overly expensive. We got all everything in the picture, kid's chicken fried rice and 2 rolls of sushi for $140.
The cute nice lady with the dark hair in ponytails with the bangs is the only professional one here at this place. She has genuine pleasantries, and treats you nice. The others, not so much. Mean and angry and the men just stare at the ladies instead of paying attention. Improvement needed, and as for the food. Same as everywhere else, nothing unique about this food and it all taste the same.
