STOP..... don't go here ever again unless u want to get sick and have chicken that's probably days old
45 minute drive through at 7 pm. Please do not waste your money here, I was just curious how long it would take and after several attempts this place will always fail. You will literally save time going to another location on coors blvd. Not sure how this place is still in business. Owners dgaf at all. It's been this way for a long time.Update, they hooked it up on the taco bell side... maybe not entirely worth the wait but the workers were very nice and also made the food correctly, with a little extra. Workers 10 out of 10, the people who own/operate the store are not good. I watched 3 people working extremely hard to keep the drive through going. It wasn't fast but again 3 people doing it all. They absolutely deserve a raise! Keeping the 1 star due to the fact I think these individuals were definitely overworked, overwhelmed and underpaid.
Last night was by far the worst experience ever!I ordered a 12 piece family meal and only got 10 measly pieces. The drumsticks were completely missing. My wife only wanted drumsticks for mother's day and they were no where to be found! On top of that the biscuits were rock hard and the coleslaw was swimming in juice. You could hardly call this food. Guess we won't be going back here for a long time. Couldn't even call the number listed because it just goes to a dial up modem line smh.
I work security in the area and this location is usually my only place to get food during my shift other than the gas station, much better quality food than other locations; only thing that sucks is sometimes sitting in line an hour before closing for 30 minutes waiting to get my order in just for them to not attend to me at all and needing to get back to my patrol
DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Cashier argued with me that the Nashville Hot chicken does not come with pickles. It's in the picture on the menu. It has come with pickles at every other location I have been to in this area. When they handed me my food, they did not give me a receipt. When I asked for one, they gave me one with the top part torn off so I could not see the store and cashier information. When I asked for a full receipt, the cashier name was blackened out. I wanted food, not an argument. On top of that, the fries were old, the mashed potatoes were dry, and the gravy nasty.
We just had the Beyond Chicken nuggets, a regular chicken meal and sides from this KFC today. It was all perfectly prepared and delicious. Great experience.
I called this KFC and asked if I could get some fresh wings. The guy who answered told me he had wings right now and they were not old. I asked if I could have fresh wings he again said they were not old.I went and ordered the wings. They were past old. I do not believe that they are able to serve food like this. This food was not anything anyone could eat. I will be filing a complaint.
Entire order was incorrect and cold. Manager is rude and unprofessional refused to fix the order because her employee didn’t put the receipt in my bag like she said she would. Will NEVER go to this location again and will be getting a hold of the GM or owner to let them know.
Today this location was a disappointment again, the 10 piece leg and thighs were really small! The size of 8 of the 10 were the 1st issue, drumsticks were just a hair larger than Wing Stop size pieces, the thighs too,with the exception of 2 pieces, were almost half their normal size & an attempt to compensate they made was use more seasoned coating for the skin. When I addressed this discrepancy with the manager she was indifferent to my pointing out how bad this was her response was, that was all they had on hand, they had full knowledge of this problem because my 10 pieces was more like 13 or 14 pieces to compensate. Now this was Not our first time BUYING from this location, it was just the least satisfying, they have served up a dryer product in the past but the manager's made it right. I requested & received a refund & went down the road to Churches Chicken & had what most would consider a normal size chicken meal. I can't recommend this location and that explains the 1 star rating, but that's only persons opinion that truly enjoys KFC & has for over 50 years. This is my only review of a KFC restaurant ever, too bad it had to be so negative but I really can't believe they were selling such small pieces of chicken & management didn't have a problem doing so, in fact she appeared to OK it.
Jessie was very kind and friendly. Food was decent.
