I ordered the cheddar chalupa box. The cheddar chalupa is not supposed to be made with an additional chalupa shell on the outside. I returned to explain this to them as I am experienced with the Taco Bell brand, and the manager at the window got aggressive towards me.
Chicken was not appealing Was not crispy. Skin was halfway falling off. They didn't give us one of our sides. Biscuits were hard as a rock. To be fair they were slammed. Line was around the building for drive thru and they were still curtious despite what I'm sure was a long day for them
not much to say but the staff is freindly and the food is ok I have got shorted on my orders a few times other then that not to bad
probably the worst service of any Taco Bell I've been to in my 35 years of visiting Taco Bell's. I ordered three items and ended up with five items three of which I did not order. two of them were supposed to be vegetarian items but they were beef tacos. went back to the window and asked them to remake the mistaken items, and they gave me a bag with more beef tacos (just beef not even lettuce or cheese in them). someone's doing too much crack back there. 5/3/22 at 6:20 p.m. if that helps management.
Food was good that we actually received sadly I wasn't able to go back but I did remember to go back in for the 4 large mash potatos but got home and realized I only had 10 pieces of the 20 piece chicken meal.
If I could leave 0 stars I would! I was so unsatisfied with my food that I got for my family. Some of my order was missing and the rolls were hard as a rock! When I called to tell them about my missing items they did not answer there phone! I wouldn’t recommend coming to this KFC at all!!!
If I could give zero stars I would this place is the worst place to eat in the state of New Mexico it’s 12p and went to KFC because my client loves KFC pulled up to the window to order some chicken and the guy at the window said we don’t have chicken till 4p really it’s a chicken place we asked what do you have he says nothing. Each time we go there they never have anything. This place needs to be shut down and those employees need to be fired they are the rudest people ever.
Watched their crispy chicken commercials all day. Wife went to pick some up, $30 wasted on nasty original! Done with KFC! How do you run out of chicken at a chicken restaurant! There's no excuse, do better!
Went for famous bowls, got food poisoning. Thanks. It was already weird right off the bat when there was 0 people in the drive thru and only the workers in the parking lot… id recommend not getting the famous bowl as it had literal chicken breading but 0 chicken. pretty sure it was the mashed potatoes though as my parents are experiencing problems as well.
Well, first of all, the guy at the window was so rude, then to top it off, they didn't have extra crispy, only original, then, when we got home with our order, the mashed potatoes had no geavey, then, they don't answer their phone!!
