Extremely disappointing giving them several chances but every other time they mess up my order or the food is horrible possibly the worst KFC
It was good I would recommend to be getting off work and you need to bring food home stop at this one if it's on your way
I'm usually here every Sunday night just because the manager has the best attitude but last night I went to get chicken sandwiches and they said they were closing at 920PM when prior to yesterday I've went at 930 and even 940 PM and was able to get my sandwiches without a problem. I'm not sure who was working yesterday but they were on one last night
My order on Tuesday January 25 at the KFC at 12901 Central Avenue NE ABQ, NM was botched up. I ordered an order of fries and was surprised when I arrived home and realized my fries were substituted with mashed potatoes. The biscuits were terrible. They were hard and over cooked, actually burnt. The chicken was nothing to rave about either. The Most distressing thing I experienced was the Manager was Unmasked! This is the Second time I came in and had to bring this to his attention. Considering the COVID pandemic is at an all time high, this is a gross violation of health laws that affects KFC’s Customers health and well being. I brought this to the Manager’s attention, and he scurried off to grab his mask. I asked if he was vaccinated, and he said he was. He showed me No proof of his claim, so I had to take him at his word. Evidently KFC is lacking with properly training its personnel and enforcing health policies in regards to proper adherence of health mandates. I will take my business somewhere else from now on. Somewhere where my safety and health are a concern and priority. Robert Neal
Leandra is the worst employee ever. She is so rude and i will never eat here because of this disrespectful employee. The manager just sat there while she berated me though the drive thru. She refused to provide a reciept for a refund and would not provide the correct meal i ordered.
We ordered a 8-piece meal bucket with mac and cheese and coleslaw we are charged for coleslaw and then we wanted a additional eight piece chicken bucket and we're charged for mashed potatoes and gravy and another mac and cheese nothing but the sides that we ordered we will never go back to that particular KFC again on Central Ave Southeast in Albuquerque New Mexico a very disappointing experience if I could I would give them negative Stars ?
My family and I stopped to get dinner from KFC after a long laborious day. We had received coupons in the mail and decided to redeem them for once. We went into the establishment when we noticed an employee sitting in an office chair talking to her coworkers. After about five minutes, she finally decided to approach the counter to help us. Red flag number ONE! We asked to redeem our coupon, when she told us to wait while she asked her supervisor because she was not sure of how to do it. Red Flag number TWO! After a few minutes, she approached the counter again to only tell us we cannot use the coupon. I asked why and she stated they do not take coupons at all. Red flag number THREE! I asked why the company would send them out to only be denied to use them. The individual stated her supervisor had told her they do not take coupons for their location. I asked to speak with her supervisor when I observed her rolling her eyes as she walked away to tell her supervisor. Red flag number FOUR! After about seven minutes, the supervisor finally approached the counter with an attitude. I kindly asked for her name since none of the employees had name tags. She ignored my request, so I asked for the corporate phone number instead, when she finally gave us her name, Lupita. The supervisor, Lupita, was very unprofessional, lacked customer service skills, failed to greet prospective customers, failed to addressed the issue, and had the audacity to roll her eyes too! Red flag number FIVE! If she handled the situation differently, we definently would have still placed an order without the hostile approach. We gave the establishment several chances even after all the red flags to clarify the issue. We are clear of one thing, we will not be coming back to this establishment anytime in our near future.
Stopped to get dinner today, ordered a 3pc tender meal with corn instead of fries, also ordered a 5pc meal with mac n cheese instead of fries. One with a root beer, the other with a mt dew. Get my order drinks were wrong, instead of corn and mac n cheese, got fries. The worst part is the person taking the order repeated it back to me correctly and I still got the wrong food. I will not be going back.
I don't recommend the KFC on 2201 Eubank Boulevard in Abq NM. The drive thru person was wearing her mask under mouth. The bread on all chicken sandwiches were old and stale. Chicken in the sandwiches did taste good.
Crispy chicken strips....not so crispy.Chicken bowl was adequate.Pot pie was EXCELLENT!
