Sat inside and the location seemed understaffed with tables not cleaned and only one employee alternating between kitchen and drive through, but when he did help us, he was friendly and apologized for the wait to order. Otherwise, food wait time was short and I can’t really complain about the famous bowl :)
I think it's ridiculous that they do not have their dinning room open. I do not have a vehicle so I can't go through the drive-thru. Can't go inside because it's closed. It's so ridiculous when they do not have the mask mandate anymore. I know they're trying to be safe but what about us customers the cat go through the drive-thru and would like to eat at their establishments.
Came on a Saturday at 6:15, so at least 3 hours before they close. They lady at the drive thru said they’re only serving the #1 or #2 that’s it nothing else. I asked why and she said “because we are” now I remember why we always go to churches chicken instead.
Most disrespectful workers I’ve ever encountered.Drive thru workers called me a “fucking bitch” all because I said it says they close at 10 not 8pm how was I supposed to know in the drive thru that they close at 8 if there is no sign. Can’t believe their manager was ok with that.
I always get friendly staff but they always get my order wrong. I ordered 3 fill ups all grilled chicken online for a pick up and they gave me all original chicken . I have ordered this before and the same thing happened. I checked my receipt and it does show grilled chicken.. well maybe one day I will get my grilled chicken or might go to a different location next time. I tried calling the number to the location and it rings and gave me a loud noise.
Suffering with lack of help, for starters. Only 2 working with a steady stream of drive-thru so a #of tables dirty. Got Tuesday chicken fried steak meal but not as good as usual plus small servings. Coming to like Popeye's more these days, but workers get credit for hard work!
I always love KFC, this was not the normal location I go to and was pleasently supprised by the great service! Located on San Mateo just south of Academy.
They had chicken. Arby's was out of roast beef and jersey Jack's only had one employee working Saturday at 1215pm
I don't hate it, just the staff was rude and I don't appreciate it I'm the customer.
The front girl Maricela was so rude in drive thru. Had a attitude when they got our order wrong. My husband asked her a question and she rolled her eyes and gave him attitude. She really doesn’t need to working infront of customers if she has a attitude like that.
