We made an order nicely and the horrible lady has the nasty attitude towards us? for messing up our order, then blamed it on us? Food is good because it wasn't prepared by her lol
Horrible experience. I ordered chicken for delivery. Five minutes before delivery I got an email that something went wrong. I called my bank. What happened was they didn’t complete the order soon enough. It timed out. It declined my card. The second time the card was approved. But I never received my order. I called the corp. number on my order several times. Nobody answered. I called this store more than several times. Nobody answered. KFC sent me a survey email. Told what happened. Asked them to contact me. When I was very young my parents and I would get chicken and go to park. They are gone now. I'm old. It was my birthday. All I wanted was to eat some chicken and reminisce about my mom and dad.
Not a good place to goto employees outside smoking pot. Always gets your order wrong
They had me wait for part of my order and then didn't even give me that part of the order. I had to return to the store to get it. The guy at the window was very nice though.
Never open! I do uber eats and get orders from here all the time. Its always either closed or there's someone in there but they won't come to the window or answer the phone i have had to cancel multiple orders. They waste everyone's time!
Food is good only when you get it. Don't recommend ordering online we did twice and both times they forgot a lotta food in order. When you try to call back store they Will Not answer phone bad service
I ordered the 12 piece beyond chicken combo w/mashpotato which came out to $23! Had me pulled to the front to wait for more than 10mins for the food. And also didn't come with ketchup and hot sauce that I asked for at the window. I'm a little unhappy with this location.
Nice employees, great service but area is not so great and the food wasn't as great as other KFC in other parts of town.
Worst experience. I come to this location twice a week and I will never come again. I placed an online order and when I got there it was closed but the workers family was inside eating. They told me they ran out of chicken but my card was charged. They did not give me a refund or my food. I went the next day to talk to the manager and she also would not give me a refund. I’ve left messages with corporate and still have not heard back. The thievery is uncalled for. If this is how kfc does business and is in the practice of robbing their customers then they need to be shut down. Service is terrible when you rob your customers!!!!!! If you place an online order be aware that you may very well be robbed of your money. Disgusting service, disgusting location, disgusting way of running your business!
Made an online order ahead of time based upon hours passed in the app. Arrived to pickup order only to find that hours in the front door are different, and my online order has been cancelled by the store.
