Sunday, May 22, 2022 around 5 p.m. Drive-up location on Gibson close to the airport.Will not use this location ever again. Chicken batter was dark, dark brown, but soggy not crispy. (I did not order extra crispy, and I have no idea what you would call this anyway). Chicken over-cooked. Definitely been left to stew for hours. Three people at check-out, but service non-existent—they were having too much fun by themselves to be bothered with customers. Zero stars. Poor everything.
Didn't place all of order in the bag and gave me the wrong type of chicken. Spent almost $60, never going back. The crew is incompetent when it comes to taking, making, and delivering the orders
Friendly window staff. Chicken was hot and fresh, sides were great!
It was fast but the chicken wasn't cooked right they need to becareful with that

I visit this restaurant often! Never had a problem that the crew wasn't glad to fix. Most of the time the chicken is fresh. On Tuesday the chicken fried steak dinner is a good deal and always delicious. Never had a bad experience with the staff always friendly.
New to town,, first visit.. Only half full chicken bucket. Puny thighs and drums. No white meat. Over cooked and dry.. Charged full price., $38! KFC used to be so good. Not likely to go back.
Horrible Mac and cheese cold. No gravy for my 2 large mashed potatoes. 2 sauce packets there normal dry biscuits. All that is ok what’s not ok is I had to go the the hospital because there chicken was raw I ate once piece and my family did not even touch it now I just got back from the hospital have horrible pains in my tummy and can’t keep anything in. I know this probably don’t happen every day but who ever was working Thursday night about 30 mins before close I highly recommend you leaving since you don’t enjoy your job enjoy to make sure customers health are ok no amount of pay is worth making sure the chicken is cooked for about 10 mins longer then you should quit. 50 dollars wasted although I would love my money back you guys can keep it I just really hope this never happens to anyone eles. I don’t know if it’s because I never had food poisoning or because it was raw chicken but this is unbelievable. Not to mention how rude you guys are at that location. I’ve been there multiple times and although the rude customer service I really enjoy the food I think a whole new staff or at least someone to make sure there employees meet expectations. Girl in drive through upset because I asked for more sauce for my 10 pice unfortunately 3 sauces and 1 Taco Bell mild sauce is not enough. Check you food before leaving. Thank god my mom came out to serve my brother a plate and noticed how under cooked it was to tell me not to eat anymore and never let my little brother and a bite. If I could negotiate 0 for employees standards. I just went back to check other reviews and they definitely say the same thing about customer service get a new staff I understand there is employees shortage but new trading and standards sounds like it’s definitely needed
Go to KFC for the first time in years. I ask for two orders of the Nashville Hot Tenders. Lol. Looks like they took a spoon and smeared a tiny bit of sauce (looked old as well) on each tender. Hate to complain but this definitely underscores why I dont do fast food anymore. Disappointing for sure. Won't even ask for my money back. Just won't be back!
