Why does this place always have there lobby closed now? N No chicken.? How??? Places claim they don't have enough employees working to open lobby but yet there's ten people working hmmm seems like someone just doesn't wanna do there job!
Very poor poor customers service especially drive thur, my order was wrong an items were missing from my meal too. So, call to the store talk to the manger that himtold me that there close an for me too come by tomorrow for my missing items. He wouldn't give me a rain check an told me too go ahead an give the store a bad review so thats what I'm doing.
Went to the drive through and no one would help us we waited ten minutes and then left horrible service I will not be going back again
Every time I go there they always screw up the order. You would think over the years management would finally do something this place is going down fast I'd rather go to churchs down the street
Well Happy New Year to all! When you think you can’t get surprised from a simple smile and the best customer service, guess again! I would like to send a special shout out to Carlos at this location that made our dine in extra special when he ensured he listened and processed exactly what we wanted for a hungry family of 5! He was patient and catered in a speedy manner. The dine was clean and the staff seemed happy to work here. It’s great to see this level of customer service since all of the craziness in the world. Keep up the great work and stop by and purchase this yummy meal and say hi to Carlos for us!
Usually good food, today I got a chicken fried steak so solid I could barely cut it.(forgivable) but it tastes old and dusty (unforgivable). It was inedible. They got a star back for the potatoes and gravy.

Bought some chicken tenders. Employee, Felipe, was really busting his hump. He is extremely courteous, respectful and friendly. You have an awesome employee right there, KFC.
Ordered6 pieces of fried chicken 12/26/21 at 1:30pm. Fried chicken was dry probably yesterday's chicken warmed until crisp to the bone. Threw away more bones and dry chicken than what I ate. Terrible help like they did not want to bothered not interested in doing business???
