Love going here! Staff is friendly. You might get a slow drink maker sometimes, but it's okay overall.

I paid for extra shots and didn't get them in my drinks. I understand they are short handed, so take your time, it's no ones fault if other people don't want to work. We can't control other people's decisions, but we can control how we react to them, and making 6 drinks at once is a recipe for disaster. Especially when customers can see everything. The drinks were good, I just feel like I wasted money. $24 dollars on 2 midsized drinks is outrageous!
Clean and friendly workers but got 24 0z and added my protein and extras and that makes it more instead of putting it in a bigger cup they put it in the 24 so the two scoop of protein and extra vita I didn’t get it all so was pointless.
Don't recommend this location as far as employees, New staff should be recommended
Always courteous and quick, there's a new girl there but she's trying and that's what's important. I still keep coming back!

If you're going to close at 8pm close at 8pm. I walked in at 7:30pm on Saturday 9/19/20 and these two girls were cleaning up and did not let me order anything off of the menu that I wanted because the machines were being cleaned. There was only one specific section they allowed me to order from only because the fact that they didn't start cleaning that machine yet. If you're going to be cleaning and breaking down everything before 7:30 pm then close the store earlier. Don't give me an attitude because you want to go home earlier by breaking down earlier and its my fault that i walked in half an hour before you close.

I went to this keva juice yesterday and there was a nice up beat younger lady and she was delightful. Very good attitude and good customer service. Which is why I chose to come to this keva again, however when I went in today, Lavi with the chest tattoo was very rude. I myself work in customer service and I am never rude to guests but she was absolutely terrible. She didnt put enough ingredients in my acai bowl. She didnt greet me. She was obviously unhappy with her job.
